GoogleMy worst experience in the UK! This happened to me last year, just have time to review after I came back from UK.
Very bad agency, lack professionality and responsibility, and extremely dishonest. “Respond soon” is a lie from these guys.
I dealt with Hassan and Therondo. Hassan had poor communication skills. He told us one thing, but the outcome was always different. When we had a problem, he would disappear and offer no help - ignore the chats and doesn’t answer the calls. He’d say he’d take care of something right away, but it was a lie. I need to waste my time waiting for this man.
Therondo, on the other hand, is very tricky, be aware! I spoke to him over the phone, and he confirmed that all bills were included as stated in the property ad. However, during the contract period, it turned out that gas was excluded. When I confronted him, he claimed that a phone call isn’t evidence. I was stunned. The only thing he offered was to return the deposit and part ways. By then, I had only a week left before I fly to UK and he treated me badly since he knows that I have no other choice.
I decided to withdraw the offer, then, it took almost 2 weeks to receive the deposit back.
Shameless, careless on customers and completely irresponsible. I will never tell anyone to use this horrible agency.

We take all feedback seriously, however it’s important to clarify that the two individuals referenced in your review, Hassan and Therondo, are no longer with the company and have not been part of our team for over a year. Since then, we have made significant improvements to our processes, communication standards, and overall client care.
In relation to your comments, we always aim to ensure that all terms, including what is and isn’t included in rent, are clearly outlined in writing within the tenancy agreement and marketing materials, which form the formal basis of any let. We would never intentionally mislead a client, and we regret if there was any misunderstanding at the time.
Regarding the return of your deposit, while we always aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, timelines can occasionally be affected by banking processes and third-party handling.
That said, we completely understand your frustration and are sorry that this was your experience. It does not reflect the standard we hold ourselves to today, as shown by the many positive experiences our current clients continue to have.
