GoogleI have worked with many different real estate agencies in London but I must admit Pearl & Coutts are by far the best. They are very friendly, their rates are very fair, the flats they offer are incredibly well located, in good condition and at very fair prices too. Whenever there has been any issue of any kind, more often than not it was dealt with great professionalism and care within 24/72 hours depending on the urgency. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleImages attached of the recent damage to my apartment. Pearl and Coutts have failed to fix the roof despite knowing of the issue and how to fix it for the last 3 years! Damage includes wiring failures due to short circuiting from water ingress, damaged flooring, plaster peeling off the ceiling, and staining to the walls

GoogleWe rented our flat through Pearl & Coutts for just under 6 years and we were very impressed with them. Dorian in particular is very personable, approachable, helpful and great with communication. No issue was too small, he always kept in touch with us, and repairs were dealt with very promptly. The lettings team overall were very professional. We would recommend highly!

GoogleThey have had a property (Glebe House) online for over three weeks and I was informed it went in the first 48hrs of being posted. I rang twice to see if the flat was still available two weeks later and was told it had been on and off. When I enquired whether it was under offer or had been fully paid for, I was told that it was fully paid for and not under offer. My next question - why is it online then and wasting my time? Apparently they keep all property online until the tenant moves in even though deposits have been transferred. FALSE ADVERTISING at it's best! Absolutely useless agency.

Googlethe letting management can be terrible such as Darren and Angela can be very unprofessional . Ignore you completely at the end of the tenancy to delay the payment of the deposit back. They only got back to me after 11 days , and hold it to pay by cheque at last minute when it will take 5 working days , it is Xmas so and NYE I will only have it 10 days later.total 21 days. hope they improve !

GoogleI have rented 2 flats from P&C for 4+ years in East London. The flats were particularly well maintained, because the company is very diligent in fixing the small issues. For example, we had our boiler, washing machine and dishwasher changed. Every time this was fixed within a few days of reporting the issues. The staff is not only responsive but also very friendly. I would definitely recommend their service.

GoogleService charge increased by 70% over budget, tried to charge us replacement for equipment that was over 20 years old and have so far ignored all emails asking for clarification on the reason for massive service charge increase.

GoogleSamuel Levy our new leasehold manager has been a great! Answers emails promptly with solutions to our problems and questions. Very professional and has already managed to get some of our disgruntled leaseholders on side due to his helpful and sensible suggestions and ideas to issues they have.
