​I’m really disappointed with the service from Pearl & Coutts lately, especially with Adem. It’s been incredibly difficult to get a helpful response to any of my emails. ​I’ve been trying to get some clarity on recharge invoices and a few other random bills we’ve received, but I’m just not getting the info I need. I’ve even suggested that if Adem is too busy to help, he could put me in touch with someone else, but it’s usually just radio silence or an excuse for the delay when he finally does get back to me. ​There have been a few issues with the property too. We never received an inventory despite it being mentioned several times and we currently have no hot water because the electric boiler is leaking and hasn't worked since we moved in. It feels like we're going in circles. I’ve explained the situation and provided the details, but I just get told "I'll check with the landlord" and then nothing happens. ​they're great at sending invoices and requesting payments, that's something they're defo on it! but the actual management and maintenance side of things is really lagging behind. I just want these basic issues sorted out so we can get on with business - not really asking for a lot, just what was promised and paid for.

I have recently signed a commercial lease with this company and am about to occupy the space. Noah was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The turnover was quick (which was great) within a week. Communication was clear, efficient and everything was handled smoothly from the first viewing to the signing of the lease. I have had my time wasted so many times before. Noah was straightforward, knowledgeable and very patient. I would highly recommended.

We’ve been with Pearl & Coutts since 2012, and we’ve genuinely loved being in our office! The space was perfect for us bright, well-located and really comfortable to work in every day. Throughout our tenancy, the team remained professional, approachable, and responsive. Any queries were always dealt with quickly and efficiently, which made a huge difference over the years. The move-in process was smooth and, equally, when it came time for us to relocate, they continued to be supportive and accessible. Having been with them for over a decade, we can confidently say Pearl & Coutts are reliable, fair commercial landlords who genuinely look after their tenants. Incompetent or simply thieves?

UHY have been running the failed Hartley Pensions since 2022. They have repeatedly blocked and delayed all transfers out of the failed SIPP provider. UHY continue to charge fees at an exorbitant rate funded by the admin fees charged to the trapped pensioners. Obviously UHY are happy with raking in fees for no effort or service but meanwhile pensioners can't access their funds. We can only hope that eventually the FCA / SFO / government will bring them to book. Avoid these incompetent parasites.

I rented a property by Buckingham palace and Covent Garden. I rented from them when I was a very low paid teacher in London. Served a purpose. Rents are low because the properties are falling apart and they will only do maintenance if harassed. Plenty of health and safety issues. I have horror stories. In the end I just named the mice and wore a jacket for the cold. But they do service an important London demographic who otherwise might be homeless. Slum lords that serve a purpose.

The best estate agency I have dealt with since I moved to London. The entire commercial team (Dorian, Angela & Hannah), and particularly Dorian Black, were very assistive from the very beginning of our collaboration. Mister Dorian Black is the most incompetent person that I've the chance to deal with. The agency looks quite serious as they are asking for your full details. I send all this details by email to Dorian. He was keep saying that I've never send them. After waiting for an answer for 2 days call him and had the chance to be asked to contact him only by mail as he was tired due to his personal life. I've paid the holding deposit straight away, send all the documents required and wait for an answer for 4 days or more and against saying the same thing because probably he was still on window 98, he could have meet me in person to collect all this details. Funny fact is that this agent is only available from Monday to Friday from 8 to 5 where most of people are working and he is not able to make an exception. He ends up telling me that they are not gonna give my details to the landlord because I'm not providing what they need because I started to be concerned of being scammed. I hope, this will serve pearl and coutts to understand that that agent isn't professional at all. As well, landlord, be aware that when they have trustable profile, who apply, they are not able to see it or to get things done.

I rented a small studio flat from Pearl and Coutts for the last 2 years and I was extremely happy the majority of the time... They managed the issues I had with the property quickly and professionally. Darren was my go to guy for any problems or questions I had and I think he was wonderful. I was sad that I had to leave the property due to reasons out of my own control but I believe I would have been happy there and would have been happy to stay there. My rent was more than fair, Neighbors where brilliant, all in all my experience with Darren and the rest of the P&C team was a dream. I would recommend them to anybody looking to rent.
