I rented a property by Buckingham palace and Covent Garden. I rented from them when I was a very low paid teacher in London. Served a purpose. Rents are low because the properties are falling apart and they will only do maintenance if harassed. Plenty of health and safety issues. I have horror stories. In the end I just named the mice and wore a jacket for the cold. But they do service an important London demographic who otherwise might be homeless. Slum lords that serve a purpose.

The best estate agency I have dealt with since I moved to London. The entire commercial team (Dorian, Angela & Hannah), and particularly Dorian Black, were very assistive from the very beginning of our collaboration. Mister Dorian Black is the most incompetent person that I've the chance to deal with. The agency looks quite serious as they are asking for your full details. I send all this details by email to Dorian. He was keep saying that I've never send them. After waiting for an answer for 2 days call him and had the chance to be asked to contact him only by mail as he was tired due to his personal life. I've paid the holding deposit straight away, send all the documents required and wait for an answer for 4 days or more and against saying the same thing because probably he was still on window 98, he could have meet me in person to collect all this details. Funny fact is that this agent is only available from Monday to Friday from 8 to 5 where most of people are working and he is not able to make an exception. He ends up telling me that they are not gonna give my details to the landlord because I'm not providing what they need because I started to be concerned of being scammed. I hope, this will serve pearl and coutts to understand that that agent isn't professional at all. As well, landlord, be aware that when they have trustable profile, who apply, they are not able to see it or to get things done.

I rented a studio flat in central London from Pearl & Coutts for 3 years. Darren was my contact and was always friendly, helpful, and dealt with any issues professionally, quickly, and without any fuss. When it was time to move on, Dorian made the leaving process quick and easy, always friendly and helpful. I rented a small studio flat from Pearl and Coutts for the last 2 years and I was extremely happy the majority of the time... They managed the issues I had with the property quickly and professionally. Darren was my go to guy for any problems or questions I had and I think he was wonderful. I was sad that I had to leave the property due to reasons out of my own control but I believe I would have been happy there and would have been happy to stay there. My rent was more than fair, Neighbors where brilliant, all in all my experience with Darren and the rest of the P&C team was a dream. I would recommend them to anybody looking to rent.

Fair friendly Service - would highly recommend !!! I have been renting through Pearl & Coutts in Primrose Hill for just under 2 years and I couldn't have been happier with the friendly competent service. Like any most rental properties there will more than likely be issues from time to time which need ironing out. When asked, Angela Khazna has been fair, friendly and prompt. As well, during this past year I went through an unexpected career change and Ang was there once again to help me work through the leaner months. P&C really understand people and more importantly that life isn't always as predictable as we hope. It for these reasons that I would happily recommend Pearl & Coutts to friends and family let alone anyone else !! Thanks again Angela, (& Steve too:))

would give 0 stars if possible. If you like having your emails ignored, this is the place to rent from. I rented from them for a year and it was terrible, from emails being ignored about windows being sealed shut, the safety door breaking the first week we lived there and never getting fixed, to the whole flat flooding and being left without accommodation for over a week. Even being accused of stealing items because of THEIR mistake. They even held my deposit for longer than the legal time period and only returned it when I emailed numerous times. I've never rented a place as bad as this and would not wish it on my worst enemy. The rent might be reasonable, but there's a reason for this.

We were made print all of our own paper work and did not even receive a proper invoice for the return of our deposit which took over a month to be returned to us. Emails were written without proper spelling and grammar, and we were cc'd into emails where agents were openly complaining about us for asking them to fix a heating issue. I would strongly advise against working with this agency.
