GoogleAbsolutely the worst estate agent I’ve had the displeasure to deal with. A bunch of fraudsters. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleI rented a property from Pearl and Coutts for ten years and would highly recommend them. My rent was significantly lower than other properties in the area (Highbury Corner) and was kept low throughout my tenancy there. Maintenance issues were quickly resolved, and there was always a willingness to help beyond what is normally required. Great service overall.

GoogleDarren from Pearl and Coutts has at all times treated me with respect and professionalism.. As a long term tenant through the agency it has been a refreshing change from the 'disconnection' that is often felt from other agencies. Property maintenance has always been carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommend them.

GoogleI lived in a Pearl & Coutts managed flat for 6 years - always a good experience with the property manager. He responded to my emails right away and treated me with respect. Moving out went smoothly and I got my deposit back.

GoogleA horrible experience from start to finish and I was personally forced to pay off one of thier staff to end a lease and my staff forcibly ordered to pay an unauthorised 'debt collection fee'. Never sign up with Pearl and Coutts

GoogleExcellent estate agents - we enjoyed our time living in one of their properties which was developed to a high standard and with rapid resolution of any issues that arose during tenancy and good communication throughout. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleReally bad service, I went to see a flat, waiting downstairs for 30mins alone, only to be told by the person showing the flat(who didn't even have the courtesy to come downstairs) that the flat was taken. Not recommended at all.
