GoogleFamily Mosaic are not a good H.A. to be tenants of. There's so much I would like to say but as it's public, I don't want to potentially get myself in trouble etc. Suffice to say that Basil Fawlty would make a better job of it. We've only been tenants of theirs since June 2016, but I can understand why so many people dislike them and why they have the reputation they have.
