GoogleSo disappointed with the service from Family Mosaic. Everytime anything is required you're on hold for an hour+, and there seems to be no communication between their departments. (to the point where they can't even transfer a call).
Waited a year for a roof tile to be fixed on my house, scaffolding has been up for 3 weeks now and no work has been done, i'm sure they will try and charge us for the costs despite all external matters being their responsibility.
Oh and they are also attempting to charge us for works done before i even completed on the flat.

GooglePeabody have some amazing staff and others that are rude and abrupt and should find new employment. They take 12 weeks to replace a key fob and 10 visits 14 men and 8nweeks to INSTALL a shower. I wouldn't say an efficient "CHARITY" or managed well. Now they are buying up other small housing associations when they can't even manage what they have.
