Jon from PGM did an excellent job to repair my lighting issue. He waited for me to arrive which was nice of him. Reason for not giving 5 stars was because Peabody booked this appointment on a 10 day call out prefered it if was 5 days as I was without lights in the hallway and bedroom. But overall very good service.

Awful service - no heating, no hot water for days on end. No running water at all this weekend for an entire block of flats. Customer service either ignore you, lie to you or have no idea what each other are doing. Never buy from these people, they will take your money and leave you in the worst living conditions.

GoogleSadly this has been my property for the last year. My kids and I have been living in unbearable and unsafe conditions with leaks, damp and mould. My son was having a bath and water came down on him from the ceiling and through the light, which is extremely dangerous. He was very distressed about what happen. Water comes down from the flat above everyday. I fear my kids will become ill from the build of mould, especially during the winter. It has been reported so many times but the issue has not been resolved. Peabody and the repair team simply don't care. Nobody should have to live like this! I will be contacting my local MP about this.

I have never come across a more incompetent company in my life. 10 months on they are still unable to fix simple problems that have a huge effect on service paying residents. I would not recommend buying a property run by Peabody, it will generate a headache that it just not worth having. Painfully useless with no care for their customers.
