Peabody sales provided excellent service and a clear understanding of the large undertaking required to purchase property. Their Sales rep Ilona Barklane particularly was extremely helpful and thoughtful in making the usually painful process of a property move as simple and easy as possible, especially as I had limited experience as a first time buyer. I could not recommend enough using Ilona and her colleagues as partners to work with in a future property purchase.

The ladies in the office, Laura and Charli, have been nothing short of perfect in the way they have guided me throughout the process. As someone buying my first home on my own I have had to lean on them a considerable amount. However, Abigail who runs the site simply took over in the form of sincere apologies, empathy and a sense of care rarely seen in new developments. Don’t own one of their home but their responses to anti social behaviour is poor. After knife crime and hammer attacks in the estate, representatives came round our houses (when most folk were at work) to get our opinion. A note was left through our door with contact names, numbers and email addresses and yet you use all of them then get no response…..

Fire safety ? No they dont have the certification for that

The staff at catalyst are the most unprofessional people I have ever met, I was waiting for a new door to be fitted after the lock broke for over a year, because no one who works for catalyst has a certificate to fit fire doors.When I eventually got a new door, it wont close as it should, the fire protection band has fell out from one side and a friend who is certified to fit them told me that any gap only supposed to be =<3 mm.I have reported this to catalyst and Audra told me to phone London Fire Brigade about it.Anyway I have to slam the door to get it to close as the shutter the installed is non functional, which will be getting on my neighbours nerves so much that they had to report it.A subcontractor came to fix it yesterday, but they got the wrong door, they were looking at the main to the building trying to figure out why they had been called to a door that has nothing wrong with it, so I went down and explained it was my door the the neighbours hear slamming because it was fitted incorrectly and I have to slam it. The subcontractor told me that they do not do fire doors, but agreed with me that the problem is serious.My advice to Everyone is avoid Catalyst, The so called team is just a load of lads off the local estate who seam to be work shy and hide all day in the ground floor of my building, every morning I get woke up by them at 5-7 am because they loitering right outside me window all day. What will they do if the is a fire ? Just let it potentially spread through the whole block ? I had to report all the cardboard boxed in the top of the building my self to them, instead of a cleaner doing his job (not just 1 or 2 boxes but, the pile was pallet sized)Your not bothered are you, a member of your staff made this statement to me this morning; 'You dont matter, your on benefits' Who the hell told a cleaner that ? and why is a lowly cleaner shouting my personal information out in the middle of the road ??Please can someone contact or are we at dead lock regarding this, in which case I will refer this to the HOS.

I have had a broken boiler for 7 days

I have had a broken boiler for 7 days. Catylst has sent 4 engineers 1 was unable to diagnose the fault 2 were unqualified to assess boiler one tried to fix it. It took 4 visits to establish it was electrical fault. They have asked me to stay home on various occasions saying a repair person will come and they did not. I phoned today they said they can't arrange repair for another day. They are the worst landlords I've experienced.
