Their customer service was excellent all the way through, no amount of questions was too many, and when we were having issues with our mortgage broker Alison went above and beyond to help us out. Peabody treats people like garbage - despite numerous alarms about the damaged roof and falling ceiling - emails with photos showing that the "repairs" made to the roof (plastering the rotten plasterboard and painting) endanger the lives of the residents... As a result, the ceiling fell in the stairwell, this could have been a real tragedy... what did peabody do? After a month, they cleaned up the debris from the stairs and secured the damaged ceiling with foil and adhesive tape - after the first rain it fell off... I don't recommend it!EDIT: I was redirected to this profile after clicking on the trustpilot review on the peabody.org.uk website - I see that someone has already removed information about the trustpilot review from the website. Clever but not fair...

Really happy with the level of service and support from start to finish. Have to give special mention to Stefan Baldazarski as he was constantly checking up and chasing things down for me. Even on annual leave he was chasing things and helping me move in to my property before Christmas break. Thanks you to the sales team!

This isn't the real Trustpilot page of Peabody - it's just the one they use on their site as it doesn't show the reality of what it's like buying a home from them! The issues are numerous and ongoing. All I can say is, please please please don't buy from these charlatans. They are the worst.Response to their reply: Our residents' committee are in the last stage of our collective complaint, after which we're planning on going to court for compensation around service charge increases and mishandling (still waiting for proof of receipts), numerous noise and building works issues, ASB, repair delays, and poor complaints handling. We're way past emailing the new homes team...

The journey of buying a property with Peabody has not been easy for my husband and I, it has been a stressful process with many bumps in the road, due to unforeseen difficulties on our side. However Kirstie and Joseph at the Lanes have been so helpful throughout.
