GoogleI dont recommend this estate agents. The lettings manager, Lee, rejected to rent to a couple that in total earns 41K because only one has an income. We decided that one of us will stay home childminding until our baby is at least 2yo and because we have enough income (5 years contract with UCL) to make this decision.

GoogleI would rather live in a bin full of rats as living quarters then rent through Paul Simon again…. terrible in every sense is an understatement. Its agencies like this one that give the rest a bad name. It seems like their business model objective is to make your experience with them as unpleasant as humanly possible.

GoogleI have been threatened with legal action, so there I have had to delete my original review, so please read the watered down version by Becky Harding (my housemate). However, please steer clear and avoid, this is coming from a person who a year and half later, has still affected my life situations. Really unhelpful.

GoogleGot some good locations only the famous PS can have however very disappointed in lack of information provided by staff specially the receptionist who 3/3 unhelpful and lied and clueless. Guys you got lots of competition now wake up and answer the questions asked

GooglePaul Simon "LET" signs have randomly appeared numerous times in front of my property over the years. It always takes about 3 months and 5 phone calls to have them removed. These guys are useless.
