GoogleI had the most positive experience with this real estate agency so far, from the beginning of renting the property until moved in. Samantha Roper (property administrator), has been very supportive, helpful and attentive to our needs, ensuring that any issues we have now living at the property are resolved quickly. I highly recommend it!

GoogleHaving being previously despondent with a previous estate agent on the selling of our house, I changed agent to Brockenhurst. From the onset they were highly professional; clearly motivated and focussed in selling our house. They were frank and honest concerning the realistic selling price set against the housing market trend - this was helpful in getting the house sold after a few months. Selling the house has been a team effort but in particularly the service provided by Karen and Clare has been of the highest quality and commitment.

GoogleDon't waste your time! Call after call from Pattinson each week to persuade me to put my property through auction with them, when I finally decided to give them a go, it was a different story altogether. I could never get through to Holly for an update on progress, one week I tried calling twice a day leaving messages but nothing at all back. I could see all the viewing requests through their online portal but only around 15% of these converted into actual viewings, which for me suggestions a clear lack of consistent, timely follow ups, which didn't come as a massive surprise considering my experience of communication with them. Once my locked in contracted period was up I immediately moved the listing to a another agent where the property sold within a few weeks.

GoogleReally poor experience, as the guy previous said, trying to get a answer from contracted solicitors is impossible, cuts of every time, if you think it’s going to complete in 28days, think again, save your money folks.

GooglePaula visits regularly as part of the Brockenhurst inspection/review of rented property. She gave me a months notice of the visit, called to confirm the day beforehand and arrived on time to the minute. Paula was very professional, friendly and polite. The inspection progressed without any problems, Paula taking photos where necessary. Paula acknowledged the visit in writing later that day.
