GoogleEvery 6 months I have my inspection done by Paula Holywell who always makes me feel familiar in a way that is very welcome when you are letting someone roam around your house, a lovely lady who also gets the job done completely efficiently too Emma Smith has been a fantastic help to us when it comes to getting fixtures done at the property, she has responded through our emails quickly and with all the information I need whilst making sure any maintenance issues are being sorted as soon as possible.

GoogleBrockenhurst has been extremely helpful and attentive with setting our minds at ease at the end of our tenancy and answering all manner of questions to help us through the journey. James Griffiths from the Ludgershall branch we have to say is cracking at his job and should be given some sort of award for putting up with us and the bombardment of emails we have sent him over the last few months. He has been very patient and given us the right information we needed to make the situation we were in very smooth and not as stressful as it could have been.

GoogleWould not recommend this company. Had my property up for auction, had me led to believe no sale no fee. Had a ridiculous offer which I could not accept. Decided to withdraw from the auction. Then was told I had to still pay the £780 auction fee. Avoid at all costs. Terrible company.
