AVOID, High-pressure approach I found the approach very disappointing. I felt there was significant pressure to reduce my reserve price before the property had even gone to market, which left me questioning whether the focus was on achieving the best possible price or on securing a commission. I dealt with Drew, who used the guide price of another property being offered at auction as evidence of the likely market value of my property. This was particularly difficult to understand given that he had already explained that auction guide prices are set significantly below the actual reserve and sale prices. Overall, I did not feel that the advice was sufficiently focused on establishing the true market value of my property, more the bottom for an assured commission. I would recommend getting independent valuations and comparing approaches before committing.

I had a really positive experience with Adam throughout the house auction process. He was extremely helpful, professional and approachable from start to finish. VERY Hard to get through on the phones - how can buyers ring ?? Sellers Vicky was brilliant - however the other 2 issues raised make it over all poor to use service. The default radius for searches on your website brings up NIL properties unless you increase radius to 2 miles - however the default should be doing this otherwise searches think NO houses in Hull available. And buyers will simply click off... Frustrating as a Seller

This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had dealing with an auction house. They make you sign a 3-month contract that you cannot get out of, and that's exactly the trap. They lock you in, then do almost nothing. In over 3 months, we had ONE single viewing, that's it. Not one offer, not one enquiry, just one viewing in the whole time. We dropped the price multiple times, eventually by 30% less than what it's worth, and still nothing. When I asked to move the property somewhere else because there was zero interest, they wouldn't let me, hid behind the contract and forced me to stay locked in for the full 3 months even though they clearly couldn't sell it. And even now, after all that time, they still haven't sold it. I'm taking it to a local auction house instead. My advice: NEVER sign a 3-month contract. If they can't sell it in 1 month, they won't sell it in 3, they just want you locked in because they know they can't deliver. Save your time, save your money, go somewhere else. I'd give less than zero stars if I could. Complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

Anyone who buys this project be careful it’s a joint supply with Welsh water so if you knock the water off in there it effect the two homes in front property is overgrown and has rats! 🐀 have spoken to them directly and they have been nothing but no help don’t care about the welfare of the people who’s homes are effect by the property or they mental health am telling you this property is more hassle than it’s worth a gentleman did own it by the name Reuben and he didn’t know it was joint until I told him and was never seen again! environmental health department have been contacted as well as legal counsel am only putting this review up as Paul action didn’t disclose that it’s a joint supply and don’t think this company has as well just don’t think it’s fair to treat people like this! And don’t want a owner to have to deal with the head work of dealing with this

Warning !!!!!. Use the company with extreme caution . I bid on a property online where I could bid increments of £250 £500 £1000 etc but it was allowing another bidder to use increments of lesser amounts ie £200 £400 £500 etc . Also Early in the auction a representative rang me to say a bid had been received and advised me start bidding, although looking online this was untrue. Reporting this issue by phone to a representative while the auction was running. I was told in a rude and unprofessional manner It's an IT issue and if I wanted the property to keep bidding. The whole auction process rang " major" alarm bells and would advice anyone to use extreme caution using this company.
