GoogleReally bad service and unprofessional. We had the highest offer at an auction then got a phone call from them saying that the seller wants to complete quickly. We retorted that we need to check a few things before we can confirm that we can complete during the timelines. We then tried calling them several times and emailing but no response. Not even to say the seller went for someone else. Very disappointing. Shame we can not give them minus stars

GoogleAvoid this estate agent at all costs. This has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had with any supposed “professional” company. The lack of integrity and transparency from the agents is truly unbelievable. We asked to end the contract based on a catalogue of errors and failures by Brockenhurst, they said that they would only release us from the contract if we dropped our formal complaint and sent to them in writing that we would not leave any negative reviews. Both of which are fully within our rights to do, but shows they only care about their own image and not the impact and poor service they have on their customers.

GoogleViewing experience was great, and once we had decided on a property Kerri chased the solicitors and kept us well updated throughout. I would highly recommend Brockenhurst for both sale and purchase.
