GoogleThese people are simply amazing. Each individual contributes to a very organised and efficient team. Hannah in rentals (has really been tested), she has shown nothing but strength, patience and professionalism. Clare- has put us in an absolute amazing position with selling our house, she is simply fab. I will always recommend these guys, not just their renting and buying knowledge and expertise. But the friendly and professional manor each of them have is second to none. So a huge huge thank you "again" from me guys xx

KerfuffleI couldn't recommend the team at Pattinsons Auction highly enough!
As a Lettings only Agent, who had never aspired to have a sales function, our Partnership with Pattinson Auction has allowed us to offer our clients a sales service, and generate a significant new income stream, through their auction service. Pattinson Auction truly treat and support us as a partner agent, and I have absolute confidence that our leads are followed up efficiently and robustly. Once converted clients benefit from proactive sales progression, which delivers great feedback to us and client,

GoogleGreat service always very helpful especially Bobby Myers he was my main point of contact initially as we often sell properties through the agency that I work for. I thought I would give it a go with a property that I had inherited and they were fantastic from start to finish! cannot recommend then highly enough.

GoogleToday, we bought a flat. It has been the easiest process thanks to the fantastic staff at Pattinson Real Estate agents. I’m in shock because I thought it would be difficult, but everyone has been supportive and helpful. Can’t recommend Highly enough. Fantastic job everyone.

After 3 viewings the deal was done in a matter of 4 weeks. Claire and Karen were professional throughout delivering an excellent service. Highly recommended.

GoogleJason rapidly secured a sale of a property that had proved problematic for over six months. He was polite, professional and encouraging. Yes the selling price was lower than initially but that was inevitable. I cannot pretend to understand how they did it, but they did. Thanks Jason. R. C.
