Looting general public - not returning my deposit
I left my apartment on the end of july. It was professionally cleaned. Onehousing has come up with issues like 2 small crumbs (not visible with the naked eye) in the oven etc and is not returning the deposit at all. I chased them multiple times on the same; have not got any response. Worst agency ever.

It is a joke. Reported stolen parcels, only replied after 2.5 months saying you should contact police, so police will get CCTV footage from them. Customer service is always the worst I have encountered. Avoid this company at all cost.

For everyone who’s got no where with onehousing get a solicitor it’s written in there policy agreement that unless you have a third party representative basically your get no where with them. All employees are liars. This will be the best advice anyone could give you. Take it or continue to be lied to by onehousing.

Worst Housing Association I have ever…
Worst Housing Association I have ever dealt with. No allocated housing manager, no cohesion with repairs, lived in OHG property for 5 years and still not sorted out heating and hot water supply, so stressful and ultimately very expensive. They are now using the pandemic to excuse not replying to emails regarding overcharging tenants.. Appalling

In October 2019 after One Housing raised my service charges for one bedroom flat in east london I sent them leaseholder request for detailed breakdown of service charges, but unfortunately until today I did not receive answer for my leaseholder request, so I can not investigate if my service charges (over £200/mc at the moment) are reasonable.

They need to go NOW.
Can one housing group loose its contract for managing us residents? how can they be landlords? can the local authority take the stock In house? All I have to say is, keep up the formal complaints.

Terrible service. I've been having troubles with the heating after their workers inaccurately inputted a new one. This resulted in multiple carbon monoxide leaks within the span 6 months so me and my family had to evacuate several times. After complaining to them, they chose to not take us seriously. I'm appalled at the way the treat their residents.

Unprofessional behaviour with customers. Sharing false information in order to deduct money from deposit. Trespassing the property in absence of the tenant. Worst experience

Absolutely horrid company
Absolutely horrid company. The senior management team should be ashamed of themselves (if they even exist). I wouldn't be surprised if this company isn't just running ad hoc. No care for responsibilities just sheer incompetency!

I have been trying to sell my property and at every turn One Housing has delayed the process to the point in which a buyer pulled out.The customer service is terrible and they take forever to respond or just don't respond at all

Very unresponsive, everyone seem to be on annual leave all the time. messed up my service charge account, didn't update the name of the account holder for a year and even after the update some of their letters are still addressed to the previous tenant.
