Ever since we walked through the doors of Oliver Burn in Herne Hill, we felt in safe hands. A special mention to Tim Clarke-Payton who bent over backwards to help us secure our dream flat and Theresa Parsons for being such a friendly face and extremely organised throughout the whole process.

Brilliant service. We had a really difficult time with a sale falling through and then a complicated chain. Ashley and the team were fantastic and without Ashley chasing and negotiating all up and down the chain I’m not sure the sale would have gone through. I can’t recommend them high enough.

Getting the papers done was fairly easy and smooth, and the handing over of the keys worked out without any issues as well. If there are any issues or queries, the team is quick to respond and take action. Very friendly and helpful!

GoogleWe have been renting with Oliver Burn for six months and we had a great experience so far. During the negotiation they were very responsive, precise and patient in clarifying all our doubts and answering our questions. After moving into the flat, they have been very helpful and dealing with any repairs or needs promptly. Always kind and absolutely trustworthy.

GoogleGood letting agents who are quick to respond. I'm used to agents who are frankly useless, but Oliver Burn were very proficient and responsive which made a nice change. GoogleAvoid that company at all cost . Dodgy company. Scammers. They keep your deposit without you being able to rent the property. My friend report you to the fraud action. Give them back their money !!!!

GoogleOliver Burn were friendly and very helpful right from the get go. If we've had any little problem, they've been very attentive and responsive in getting it fixed. I've personally had a lot of problems with estate agents in London, being unhelpful and unfriendly - Oliver Burn have been a delightful reverse to this trend!

We have just bought our first property and found the whole process so simple and easy with no stress while dealing with Oliver Burn and more importantly the estate agent Nick Webb. We initially viewed the property with Tim Clarke-Payton, who was very lovely and funny, but came back to view it a second time and met Nick, and from then on dealt with him throughout the purchase. He was a pleasure to deal with, took all the stress and strain out of what can be a stressful event. Now living around the corner from the office it's a delight to bump into Nick and his four legged assistant Mabel. Would highly recommend using Nick and Oliver Burn.

This small family firm was first class. Tim Clarke-Peyton and Tim Hudson could not have done more. They made the marketing exercise smooth and presented the house beautifully on the marketing platforms. The viewings were conducted sympathetically and with appropriate warning time and the sale was concluded within three weeks. Recommend very highly.

When we decided to sell our house after more than 46 years it seemed a daunting task. However, it turned out an easy passage under the guidance of Oliver Burn, Estate Agents. We landed with them by sheer coincidence. Trying to load a baby cot into our car, a very friendly young man came along to offer help. It was the same helpful man, Tim Clarke-Payton, whom we shortly afterwards discovered in Oliver Burn’s office. He and his very able team - another Tim and Theresa - gave us consistently good advice and answered all the question we had. They handled brilliantly the task of taking prospective buyers around our property without much interference to our daily life. We could not have been in better hands and can highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with John, Eddie and Tim at Oliver Burn with regards to viewings and getting a rental property. My viewing experience alone was very positive - quite friendly guys who actually seem to care about their clients and prospective tenants and offer a personalised experience. They have also been very attentive to emails and responsive with regards to my requests, and even sent a follow up email to check up on my move-in. I'd definitely recommend Oliver Burn to anyone as their entire team and the process stood out to me.
