We've been renting with them for over eight months and are quite happy with the service. They are always quick and clear in their replies (both during the contract phase and now we're renting) and the few ocassions where we've had an issue with the flat (mostly plumbing) they were solved in the same day. We were not too keen on renting through a management agent instead of with a landlord directly, but are overall quite happy.

GoogleAgents never call back even after promising so. Managed to get a viewing after constant calls and hanging on the line for 10-15 minutes every time. Agent re-booked viewing multiple times and after getting there at the agreed time, agent was not there. They explained as he was double booked and decided to leave. Absolute nightmare to work with.

Getting the papers done was fairly easy and smooth, and the handing over of the keys worked out without any issues as well.If there are any issues or queries, the team is quick to respond and take action. GoogleI found a flat for rent with Oliver Burn Clapham and in almost three years I had no issues. Louise has always been very professional and helpful, the dialogue is always quick and the whole team has always been available, really excellent service so far.
