Thank you Raj and the Oliver Burn team!! After long term tenants moved out of our flat... we were slightly lost thinking about having to get new tenants. However Raj and the team came in and sorted everything... guiding us through the new licensing regulations... to getting the flat prepped for new tenants... and of course finding a brilliant couple to move into the flat. Raj was brilliant at keeping the communication flowing so we always knew what was going on... and the rest of the team found us cleaners and decorators in double time to get flat turned around. Really pleased to be starting a relationship with Raj and Oliver Burn.

When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.

Our agent, Maurice, is extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any concerns - especially when I got locked out and had to pick up the spare key. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in the area.

GoogleOliver Burn was brilliant when one tenant on a joint tenancy wanted to move out one year into a two year fixed term. They handled the legal assignment, references and inspection/inventory check extremely well as my managing agent. This would have been a difficult and costly process for me to have handled without their expertise. Thank you!
