I was very happy with the service I received from Oaks Estate Agents when selling my property. Dane was fantastic and really kept on top of everything. It went through so quickly, from offer to completion was just 6 weeks! Initially we were with another local agent and we had very few viewings, hardly any communication from them and no feedback. When we were finally able to leave them and move to Oaks the difference was amazing. We had loads of viewings, and Dane gave us great feedback. The communication from Oaks was fantastic and once we had accepted an offer it went so smoothly and quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oaks. Many thanks.

I would highly recommend Oaks Estate Agents for buying a property, in particular Daniel who is based at the Portland Rd office. After having been messed around by previous vendors for over 5months, Daniel knew we were serious buyers & helped us find an alternative property quickly which matched our criteria. We were kept informed throughout the process & I found Daniel very approachable and kept to his word w.r.t to timelines & check-ins which put us at ease after such a bad experience previously. As we had to wait for probate with the vendors Daniel ensured regular communications were maintained between us & the vendors so we knew where we stood and we felt we could trust him to be working in our best interest also. Other colleagues such as Conal who work in the office were also very helpful, so overall we were very happy with the service we received. Thank you Daniel & Team.

Instructed Oaks to sell our house in South Norwood mid September 2022. Sale was complete in Mid December 2022. Received honest advice throughout in terms of house valuation and market situation. Despite interest rate rises and an uncertain economic outlook they secured plenty of viewings and in-depth feedback from potential buyers which was very useful in deciding on a price to accept. After a sale was agreed Dane worked hard to keep everything moving forward, getting answers to queries and sorting out hold ups. If you’re selling in South Norwood then these are the guys to use.

From the beginning they have been very personable and professional. The photographs taken presented our house well and the sales package was very professional. They really do go the extra mile. From meeting Daniel initially, to Conal conducting the viewings and Dane progressing the sale along, their professionalism really stood out. Daniel was true to his word when he came round to value the property -that they really care about giving excellent service, and I fully agree. We had a very positive experience selling our house through Oaks in South Norwood. The team was very successful in securing viewings for us and ultimately finding us a buyer quickly. They worked well together and all kept up to speed with the sale. Communication was good and we liked the use of WhatsApp for this. There were a couple of times where obtaining updates on the rest of the chain was a little difficult, but the Oaks team excelled at the point where it really mattered - we had some complications elsewhere in the chain and Dane was incredibly proactive at contacting the other parties to resolve issues and keep things moving.
