GoogleI have to thank Ernest Dugbartey for the patient and service he gave to me and my boyfriend on finding an apartment. He waited for one hour until we could make it to the viewing of one of the apartments he had in mind for us. The day after the viewing we decided to make an offer, since we really liked the place.

GoogleI have just sold my flat with Northfields Shepperds Bush and I they have been amazing. The service they provide is outstanding. So professional and easy to deal with. Every time you go to the office they make you feel so welcome!!! I would like to make a special mention about Paul Cwiek. He was the agent dealing directly with the sale and he couldn’t have done a better job. The sale wouldn’t have happen without his hard work and dedication. He is an real asset to the company. But everyone, Caroline, Patricia… are a delight to deal with. I have been buying and selling property for a few years and this has been the best experience by far!!!! Well done and thank you!!!

GoogleMe and my partner have lived in this country almost 5years, we have changed houses often, so I can say that I have had a lot of experience with estate agents... However most of the time I’ve been really unhappy. They didn’t have time for me and a lot of times they have been acting really angry if I changed my mind after a few viewings, I have to mention that Ernest Dugbartey was absolutely amazing and professional with fantastic customer service, patient and super nice with us, I will always find time and never get tired to give as many good feedbacks as possible like this for professionals, I respect you guys. GoogleThere are state agencies and professionals everywhere in the world. Sometimes you have good luck and sometimes they let you completely by yourself. However at Northfields they have treated us with the passion that requires the savage world of housing in London. I have to particularly mention Matthew, that is probably one of the hardest workers we have found in our lives. Despite that our complex case, he worked and fighted for us what I have ever seen. We owe him so much for doing extra and beyond.

GoogleI can't recommend these estate agents enough. We were selling a shared ownership property in Edison Court, Warple Way in the Factory Quarter development and had excellent service from Caroline Watkins the sales manager. The flat went on the market quickly after she took it on and within a week she had secured 14 viewings resulting in an over asking offer. Caroline dealt with us personally throughout and was available by phone even on evenings and weekends. She liaised with our solicitor regularly so everyone was updated and was excellent at problem solving and finding out further information about aspects of our property or sale when this was required. I know she also spoke regularly with our buyer ensuring that they were kept informed of all aspects of the sale. Thank you to Northfields Shepherds Bush for your excellent work.

GoogleOur agent Yesim has been so professional from the very beginning by understanding perfectly our situation (being abroad in France before relocating to the UK) and proposing a great video-in live house visit first ! She responded in the five minutes and was always available when we needed her for questions or details in the ongoing offer and rental process; she had always The Good Solution or answer ! Perfectly adapted and acting thus as a great in-between for the owner and us ! Very very dedicated and full of enthousiasme and trust ! We could only recommend this agency and Yesim in particular ! GoogleErnest Dugbartey was my contact person throughout my search for a property in London. As a Sales professional myself, I have to say that Ernest did an excellent job as a Lettings Consultant. From my initial inquiry on RightMove, Ernest was absolutely diligent in getting in touch with me, providing me with options and flexible in arranging remote viewings for me - as I wasn't based in London. He constantly and persistently followed up with me and called, even when I wasn't responsive due to my busy schedule. Even though I ended up choosing a different property, this has absolutely nothing to do with Ernest's performance, rather my personal preference. Thanks again, Ernest!

GoogleAfter a negative experience with my last estate agent I was on the defensive this time round. I had a few more bad experiences this year and then I had my confidence restored with Northfields Estates. Following on from an initial friendly chat with the bubbly Freya Jupp I met Paul Cwiek who came across immediately as very professional, passionate about his clients as well as listening and acting on their needs. He was patient enough, offering advice but not in a patronising or bullying manner - and I felt that this human approach made me relaxed and able to think about the several properties that I viewed. Paul assisted me greatly with renting my current new property which I’m extremely happy with as well as liaising me with his colleague Victoria who continued the excellent customer experience that I’ve enjoyed with Northfields Estates.
