GoogleI had a bad experience with a previous estate agent and didn't expect much but George was absolutely amazing and made selling my flat much less stressful than I expected. He was on the ball, proactive and most of all honest. He was always updating me on the situation and kept everyone in the loop and I can't recommend him highly enough!

GoogleIncredibly unprofessional behaviour from one of their agents. Did not show up to a viewing confirmed 3 days prior, had to wait almost 30 minutes and call the office to only be notified that he was 'running late' and may not be able to attend. Then told that he would be in touch to reschedule. I was never contacted again.

GoogleI have just rented a flat with the help of Nicholas James. Andrew Pantelli was absolutely wonderful. He always replied to my calls and emails and with his support we managed to get everything wrapped up in just over a week. He is a truly great guy and would highly recommend anyone to their services if they are looking to buy rent or let out a property.

GoogleThis has to be the worst estate agent in the UK. Incredibly unprofessional and non-existent customer service. They wasted my time for over 10 days then rented the place to someone else while they gave me a collection date for the keys. Avoid them at all costs.

GoogleThey make being a landlord easy! We had a personal recommendation to use Nicholas James when we were thinking about renting our property over 3 years ago, and it was a great decision. From day one they have been attentive, quick to communicate, and hands-on with all aspects of property management. They've been a great sounding board and offered advice and their expertise when needed. Having them manage everything gives us complete peace of mind. Cannot recommend them enough - and we do recommend them whenever anyone asks about management companies in the Brighton or Hove.

GoogleI honestly cannot recommend Nicholas James highly enough and in particular George. George went so far above and beyond to help sell our property. Both George and James kept us constantly updated and provided honest advice throughout what was sometimes a difficult process.

GoogleI think its only fair that an honest feedback be left behind. Since i see only 5* which makes me suspicious that not all these reviews are genuine. A 3* is an honest assessment. Pros: - Friendly and polite over the telephone - Dont bother you unless neighbours complain or your a nuisance. - Honest price request for the key replacement (verified their price requests with third parties) Cons: - Really slow in repairs, paid £100 a month for garage that took 2 months to fix (if you end up in my situation raise it a tenants repairs dispute so you dont get scammed) - 2 months before moving out they will bother you 3x a week for house views (dont be too accommodating like we were, since they took the piss) - Before moving out you have to pester them to get basic details (i.e. which wall paintings are involved) - They wont make end of tenancy check with you, so they can add more costs to deduct from your deposit. - 100% they will wriggle to get something to deduct from your deposit. Heard from potential landlords and house buyers they were a nightmare to deal with. I went ahead with my folly, relying on these reviews. For the rest Nicholas is a pleasant bloke, with questionable morals. Thus future landlords and tenants beware!!

GoogleMy experience with Nicholas James was truly five star! Both George and James went above and beyond what one would expect and nothing was too much trouble, being that the property was also unoccupied at the time of the sale and I did not live in the area all viewings were carried out by George who kept me fully updated regarding the viewings and viewers feedbacks. I would definitely use them again, in fact they would be my fist choice and I would also highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a property in the area. Thank you

GooglePicked up Nicolas James as they were local to my property. As the owner of over 30 buy to let’s I consider myself a professional landlord. I tried a couple of agents in Southgate and they seemed to attract the wrong type of tenants. James at NJ has the ability to understand a landlords requirements. Amazingly he found me excellent tenants on his first day of marketing my property through their existing database. For a personal service and for people that know their industry very well I would advise that you bypass all other agents and use these.

He was extremely professional and accommodating and unfortunately although we were not successful in signing off on a property with them on this occasion, it would definitely not deter me in the future.
