I was really worried when i was looking into selling my property, like most people i organised with the local estate agents to come to give me a valuation i was baffled with all the graphs , T & Cs , premium listings , information that they all put forward to me until it came to Nicholas James turn, from the valuation i met with James the owner of the company i felt a breath of fresh air as he was calm and cool realsitic and i did not feel pressured as i did with other agents, he took a real hands on approach which suprised me as! from dealing with viewings consistent updates to offers dealing with the sale throughout the communication was really there! I cant rcomend this estate agent ebougb! Many thanks james for all your help.

I just recently sold my property through Nicholas James estate agents in Southgate, the sale went through very smoothly as James was also managing the sale of my purchasers property, he also got involved with the purchase of the property that I was buying which he did not have to but it helped me massively as the other agent was quite difficult to deal with! Nicholas James in Southgate are a Great agent to deal with definitely will be using the again

Our organisation has been working with Nicholas James for a number of years now. As portfolio landlords, we demand excellent communication channels, urgent responses to our inquiries and honest feedback when advices are sought. On all fronts, we have been tremendously impressed by Nicholas James; and in particular the director, James Panayiotou. Furthermore, all our tenants who have become so courtesy of Nicolas James' efforts, have expressed their happiness with Nicholas James' approach throughout the lettings process and thereafter. To summarise, Nicholas James are a fantastic team of individuals, each bringing a positive spin to what is otherwise a difficult industry.

I recently sold my property with Nicholas James and was extremely impressed with their services. James dealt with me personally and made sure I was always kept up to date with any changes or news, one thing is for sure their communication and services are outstanding. I will most definitely be referring Nicholas James to my family and friends for any property related matters. I noticed they take care and pride into everything they have and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you once again.

James was the estate agent for the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. The service we received was excellent and we have recommended using his company to our friends and family. Throughout the process, he kept us regularly updated with progress on both our sale and purchase, which we really appreciated. His genuine and honest approach is a breath of fresh air and we would highly recommended using his property services. Thank you James! P Dongha

The best estate agent in the world bar none! George and James are not only unbelievably good at their jobs, they're also top blokes too. George has gone well over above and beyond for us, and I cannot thank him enough. It's rare to be so positive about estate agents, but they are truly honest, trustworthy and very hard-working. Thank you so much!

I was recommended to NJ Estates (James) by a good friend and I have never looked back. James was so helpful, particularly in dealing with a difficult end of tenancy situation, and managed to re-let my property with minimum fuss and hassle for me. James and his team are always responsive and bend over backwards to help. They make my life easier which is priceless for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Found a fantastic 3 bedroom flat in Enfield with the help of James who has always gone the extra mile and been so so helpful and friendly! He was really easily contactable throughout, gave great advice and efficient and straight forward in his work. Best estate agents me and my house mates have ever dealt with, would highly recommend their professionalism and genuine care for the people they work with!

I found George at Nicholas James a breath of fresh air in dealing with an "estate agent". He was professional, polite, honest and very helpful indeed. Made the whole process of buying a property much easier. Would definitely recommend using Nicholas James and hopefully one day we will get to do just that. Thank you!

We could not have asked for better service we have received during the years from Nicholas James Estate Agents. We can not recommend high enough George and James. They have honest and open approach from start to end. We have no doubts recommending Nicholas James ranking them as number one estate agency in North/London area.

Jo in management is friendly and efficient with all my repairs and above all, she gets on with my tenants and I never have any issues. Simply either myself or my tenants will call/email her with the repairs and she organises everything. Highly recommend

Very unprofessional, put a deposit on a property, Vincent started a ref checks and assured me the flat was mine but 5 days before moving in, I received a call from Vincent to say the landlord has decided to let the property to a freind and that was it. I now have 4 days to find a place to move...

The Team at Nicholas James are excellent. I dealt initially with Andrew who was amazing and very accommodating and then James at the office. They have excellent customer service skills and are head and shoulders above others estate agents. They care about people. I definitely recommend them highly and of course not forgetting Anita who is a valuable member of the team.

We ended up not being able to purchase the property but had the best experience possible. Right now it is a very hectic time for sellers and buyers, but we were dealt with the utmost care. This agency has won me and my family over and we will keep our eyes out for further opportunities/listings.
