Recently bought a flat through Stephen in the Clapton office and he was excellent. I had had 2 flats fall through with other estate agents before so was a bit weary about the whole process. Stephen was always available, extremely responsive and kept me up to date with every development and even when there was no update. I never had to chase for anything. Would 100% recommend next move clapton, and Stephen in particular.

GoogleIf I could give Next Move less than 1 star, I would. Appalling service. We rented our property through Next Move in 2016. In 2020, we told them about an issue with the windows in our daughters bedroom. For over 6 months, our daughter had to sleep in our bedroom as the issue wasn’t fully resolved. When we came to moving out, the lettings manager mysteriously seemed to stop answering emails and became ‘unavailable’ every time I called to ask for my deposit back. I ended up having to go straight to the landlord myself to try and hurry things along. My experience with Next Move has been appalling. I found them to be incompetent and inefficient. Would strongly avoid.

GoogleSean is a great agent and the Stoke Newington Next Move branch overall are always helpful and highly attentive. Sean always replied back to any email of mine within the hour. They are also very respectful with viewings and giving any advice you need about starting and ending a tenancy. Great service and guidance!

GoogleHelpful and friendly - combining excellent local knowledge and thorough understanding of market and prices - including non-standard properties. Can't recommend too much. Only quibble is they don't include a bottle of champagne with a successful completion!

GoogleI’m a landlord through Next Move and find their communication terrible. I’ve had missed payments (until I’ve chased) with no explanation and I often have to chase for replies to my emails. I’ve currently been waiting one month for a reply to an enquiry and I have chased it five times. Also the website says their average customer rating is 5/5…. That must have been written a long time ago….

GoogleWhat I really have to say about it’s all about Hector’s services honestly since the first moment he offered us his help showing him a close and competitive person, he approached us really professional and kindly, he help us so much and we were witness about his efforts to help us getting our new home and that’s something we won’t forget , if we decided to move again we will come back asking Hector’s advise for sure👏🏼!

Sean has communicated incredibly promptly (even at weekends or times when he is not working) which has been so helpful during the process of renting. He is quick to problem solve. I have been really impressed with Next Move as a whole and hope to be able to use them again in the future.
