GoogleBeware: will try to scam your deposit by demanding a professional clean at end of tenancy once you've already moved out. They did this without telling us and used a company that was 3x the price we were quoted for cleaning a 1 bed by local companies. Would not be surprised if there was a connection between them and this very, very expensive cleaning company they try and force on tenants.NegativeProfessionalism

Vincent, our letting manager, was absolutely brilliant from our very first contact and he went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed to get the offer across to the landlord and subsequently all the paperwork signed and approved. He made the process extra smooth and was extremely pleasant and professional during the viewing as well. I enlisted their services to sell a 5 bed Victorian house that had recently been refurbished. Was extremely impressed by the homework the agent had done at the first visit. I was kept up to date on a regular basis, were fully responsive through the entire process and even received a write up on the visits. Not only did i achieve asking but they were very open on providing some honest and helpful advice on my follow on purchase (away from the area).

In a tough time to be selling a house in London, the team at Next Move were as much as I could realistically ask them to be. We bought our first house through them in 2004, and they've been a mainstay of the N16 property market. Everyone I have dealt with has been polite and courteous. Ciaran (as well as his colleague Filip) who looked after our sale, did a great job of both managing our expectations (good and bad) as well as finding a buyer. He told me on day one, he knew exactly the demographic of the person who would buy our house. Turns out he was exactly right. The success of Next Move relies on trust in the local area built up over many years- I hope they continue to do well.

We had previously bought our flat via Nathan and Next Move back in 2013 and we were so impressed with Nathan in particular that when the time came to sell it 5 years later it was a simple decision to go with them. We asked for Nathan in particular and he acted as our agent throughout, he was excellent from beginning to end. Always professional, clear communication, great availability, sound advice and the right balance of charm and realism, he was instrumental in getting the sale done in what was a much trickier market to the one we had bought the flat in. We would thoroughly recommend using Nathan and Next Move to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleMy partner and I have spent the last few weeks searching for the right property online and through house viewings. Our first contact with Next Move was made through Madelene who we arranged this viewing with. She was helpful, professional, and enthusiastic from the beginning of the process to signing the contract and getting our references approved. We decided to make an offer for the first property as soon as possible before other viewings could take place. She was extremely helpful, efficient, and considerate of our concerns in this respect. This to us demonstrated that Madelene wanted us to secure the property we really wanted to live in as opposed to delay the process for other viewings to take place. Overall, she has been a pleasure to have as an agent and we hope to use Stoke Newington Next Move in the future.

We sold our maisonette in Clapton through Next move. We dealt mainly with Steve from the Chatsworth Rd branch who was magnificent and dealt with all the ups and downs of selling in London post Brexit. He was honest with us and the buyer and was a really trusted source of advice on how to get the sale done. We are planning not to move again soon... but should we do we would use Next Move without hesitation

GoogleI hated it! My sister, my friend and I moved to a next move property in Manor House last year. At the beginning everything seemed okay. When we left the property, very well cleaned, they said we did not clean the flat and that the condition were disgusting. This was absolute invented to take the money from us. They took pictures of old condition of the flat and as we could not prove that the flat was the same of before they took money from us. I tried to call the director of the agency, Abdul Azad but he was very rude and he said he did not want to talk to me about it. I don't think he was professional at all. At the end when we asked for our deposit back he delayed for two weeks and he also gave us £700 less. He said he was his mistake and he apologise for that. I really do not recommend this agency.

GoogleLiterally the worst property management company i have ever had to deal with - do not rent with next move if they manage the property as well. They take the longest i have ever experienced to reply to emails (and only reply after being chased for a response) and in those responses are typically rude. Just called them up to clarify an issue i was having and was actually yelled at by the manager of property management.

Next Move staff are professional, efficient, responsive and very sympathetic and understanding. They really helped with the difficult jobs of selling, choosing, moving and settling in to a new home. They negotiate well and are facilitative. Unlike some estate agents, they didn’t do a hard sell, but listened to our needs and made suggestions accordingly. They negotiated honestly between sellers and buyers. They were also kind after the move, even tracking down wrong deliveries.
