The reason I only gave 4 stars is that we are self hosted and when we have to get our IT consultant involved MRI doesn't respond to the IT consultant with questions.

The software is perfect for our strata business and extremely user friendly. Regular upgrades provided assist in the day to day work load. If we find we have a technical issue, the support is truly amazing as the staff are very knowledgeable with the program. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MRI.
