I had to ring MRI (Rest) for help with the EOM process, I was expecting to have to report and lodge a support request because it was the day where everyone has to process the month prior transactions and pay out the owners. I rang and was helped immediately, with the most amazing professional representative.The problem was fixed within minutes and the owners statement was correct.
