Support is great. Chat help comes back to you within minutes and for more targeted help you can book a consultant. It has been incredibly helpful to have that option. You have to pay, but for me it's been well worth the cost.It's much easier to get immediate help than with other software I use.

Support is generally fast and reliable. MRI as accounting and property management software is the worst I've dealt with. So while I appreciate the support the software is still frustrating.

It has become so complicated it's difficult to use any more. I was a user from day one and loved the changes but without a TC it's just too complicated! The listing agent chose to write a second contract. I put both in a different file. I watched the video. Without your wonderful IT person I wouldnt have known how to get rid of first folder. I made a mistake not knowing and thought they had withdrawn both contracts.
