GoogleI received the report late but the director got in touch personally after I escalated and it got resolved on the day.
Margherita could you please contact us this morning and we will look to resolve this. With lease extensions sometimes the report will have been sent to the freeholder and they maybe slow responding. If you call the office this morning we'll find out the latest for you.

GoogleRobert gave me poor advice in relation to my lease, he then would not return emails or calls. Robert then left the company. This advice ultimatley ended up costing me a lot of money. McDowalls would not remove this cost from my final bill. I certainly would not recommend this firm.

GoogleChris and Frances are amazing! Without them I would never have got over the hurdles of extending a complicated Marylebone lease. My solicitors just confused me. They advised me so that it made sense. Highly recommend McDowalls! Above and beyond!
