TrustpilotFantastic Estate Agent
MG, Scott and in particular Jatin have been fantastic at negotiating through the inevitable challenges that arise through the process, helping both sides understand how they need to come together. A very personal and commercially sensitive service - can’t fault it.

TrustpilotGreat agency, definitely recommend!
My main point of contact has been Nadia who has been extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to communicate with. Nadia has kept me up to date at all times through each step of the rental process so far. She is very friendly, kind, approachable, and responds to queries very quickly. The online platform used to complete my tenancy application is easy to use and navigate.I've had an extremely positive experience with this agency, I've had no problems with communication or customer service at all, and would highly recommend!

TrustpilotWould highly recommend
Me and my friend had been looking for a flat for two months and we were struggling to find one that fit our expectations, both in terms of location and price. I contacted Anthony at this agency and got the chance to be in touch with an amazing team. They know very well their clients and how to address our needs. Nadia our main contact for the last viewing is incredible. She is very nice, very responsive and helped us in every step of the way with any questions that we had. Would highly recommend using this agency if you are looking for a property in London!

I have used martyn gerrard as both a buyer and now as a seller. My experience has always been good but there was something extra special about this time as a seller. Not only did the team strike the ideal balance of pragmatism and enthusiasm (probably owing to their exceptional and unbeatable knowledge of the North London area) but they also went above and beyond with arranging small details to keep the wheels of the sale moving smoothly. Their fee has been well earned - not something you hear of said often with estate agents I know, but it’s true!
