I wasn’t advised to exchange the contracts by my solicitors until I see the property unoccupied and I had spotted falling fence ( old bamboo type) so you could see neighbour’s garden as they see yours)I wanted to be fixed before exchanging contacts but unfortunately I was away and seller was rushing to sell .After being confirmed by Emily fence being fixed ( believing her) and signed the disclaimer form against my solicitor’s advice ( my mistake on my behalf believing Emily again after assuring it is done many times before with buyers)PLEASE DONT BELIEVE , THEY MANAGE TO SELL THE PROPERTY BUT THEY LOST ME AS FUTURE SELLER.After I emailed her today i decided to leave this review as she was suggesting now I should ask my solicitor about the fence as she didn’t know she made me signed the disclaimer form.If only you would use their service I suggest deal with Stewart Willerton there at least it seems he has more sensibility towards buyers & only I think he wasn’t around when I was about to exchanging contracts.

Appreciated thier tailored and honest advice on what options we have in the COVID-affected market (you hear many different things online it gets confusing so good to speak with people in the know).

I've been using MG for around 12 years now to assist with finding tenants and dealing with renewals on my rental property. I have always been happy with them. They are always helpful, efficient and friendly no matter the query and have always found me good tenants. Zoe in particular has been super helpful over the last few years with the renewals side and organising safety certificates etc. She always goes above and beyond and is a pleasure to deal with.
