TrustpilotGreat team, would recommend them to a friend.
All three on the sales side have been great. Bruvis, Jamie and Alex have been very responsive and excellent at keep me up to date with the purchase process and situation. I also feel they list their houses at a fair price and support both sell and buy side equally. It's been a very smooth experience so far and I would recommend them.

TrustpilotMartyn Gerrard is probably the worst…
Martyn Gerrard is probably the worst Estate Agent you will ever come across. My partner and I have been trying to resolve issues with them for the past 6 months and have found their main approach to business is to ignore you while charging you for their very poor service. Feel free to go with this company but beware. I would give them 0 stars. Even letters to their MD and Directors are ignored. We will update this on a weekly basis.

TrustpilotZlat’s magic!
Branch manager Zlat Talic showed expertise and market insight to convince me to sign up and then the chutzpah to ask for this review. I’ve confidence that after talking the talk, he can walk the walk with my property sale. It’s not a Palace but I hope he’ll Bee able to show buyers what a good home it is.

GoogleSophie and Titus did an exceptional job in renting my flat. They worked really hard and communicated with me throughout the whole process, which ended up taking about 3 months. They managed to secure me a great tenant who paid their rent one year upfront in advance. Amazing job and I would definitely recommend them in the future.

TrustpilotKyri very helpful
Kyri Ayed was a massive help throughout the entire process - from our initial viewing through to the purchase. We needed to meet the stamp duty deadline and without Kyri’s regular follow ups, quick communications, advice and assistance do not think we would have achieved this.
