GoogleAfter a last minute cancellation of our tenancy, three days before moving into the place after having completed referencing and being ready to go, we were able to find a property through Sophie at Martyn Gerrard which was the perfect fit for us! The communication has been consistent and it's so much easier to get in touch with them compared to other agencies out there. Would absolutely recommend looking through Martyn Gerrard again!

A complete disaster of a property management service. Long running issues where they have allowed the contractor to charge 4 separate call-out charges only to conclude that it’s a different problem altogether. No verification of problem with tenants or site visits. Escalations to management routinely ignored. Either a shoddy contractor, shoddy management or both. Or worse, collusion with contractor to maximise call out charges. No longer happy to pay a premium price for a sub standard service. AVOID if you are a landlord.

You guys rock. From the most friendly and welcoming viewing back Shuhan and a very good follow up to check in. Then whoaaa over to Jatin to progress the purchase. If I was to describe Jatin in a word it’s ‘tenacious’. He was on the case more than me (and I’m an on the case person). His communication and guidance is endless. Giving advice on what I need to do and he chases - everybody. A ten out of ten for ‘getting the job done’ Jatin.

A company of crooks. Completely dishonest. They are charging ridiculous fees without informing you in advance and rely on small print. Stay away and do not let your houses through them. We are experienced landlords and they have messed us twice before.

Hi Orly. We appreciate you are angry but think your choice of words is rather inflammatory and wrong. Our Terms of Business, which you read and agreed to - clearly lay out our fees, when and how they are due. We are sorry that you had trouble with the tenant, we gave as much advice as we could, but you had chosen to self-manage the tenancy and so our role was limited. We are also sorry that you have not taken up the offer to talk to our Head of Lettings so we can try and resolve things.

Honestly, they were OK... They sold our house for us but seemed very disorganised. We worked with three different agents with no explanation as to what had happened to the previous two. At one point things became critical when our buyers' mortgage expired without anyone apparently noticing, causing stress and threatening our chain. I wouldn't say they were bad, but the service we received was average verging at times on poor, which made me wonder why we were paying them a higher commission compared to other agents. Fairly disappointing expereince, all in all. Probably won't use them again in future.
