After a recent bad experience with another agent in the area we answered a letter from Martyn Gerrard and arranged for them to visit/value the property. Immediately we found Bruvis to be very personable, knowledgeable and professional and this has been consistent throughout. I felt totally unsupported, experienced a great deal of stress and suggest that Martyn Gerrard actually take note of the sheer number of negative reviews and look to change how they operate.
