Martyn Gerrard’s letting process is a very well thought through and an efficient one. As a result to the renters rights bill, the process of letting and renting has become even more uncertain and leaves room for misinterpretations. The Martyn Gerrard process is fair and upfront for tenants and landlords. It eliminates large areas of potential confusion and possible conflict and serves both tenants and landlords very well.

As the listing agents, they were professional, responsive, and well-organized throughout the entire process. Maria, Annie and the team in Kentish Town did a tremendous job of selling our flat for us. They were really open and transparent with us throughout the process, showed so many people round and gave us some really good advice. They were also really nice to deal with. I've dealt with estate agents before who made me feel a bit 'ugh' about the whole thing - but this was the complete opposite of that. I can't recommend them enough - thank you guys!

Craig Thompkins and his team were absolutely amazing during our house sale. A simple sale turned into a nightmare as a result of the other solicitors. This caused us a great deal of stress. Without Craig on the other end of the phone, I and my wife, especially, would not have been able to get through. He was always available to answer calls and questions. He assisted in chasing the other side and placing pressure in the right way at the right time on the right parties to ensure we achieved our deadline to exchange and complete. He is extremely professional as well as empathetic and understanding. When he was personally not available, a member of his team was always on hand. I cannot thank and praise Craig highly enough. He definitely deserves a huge recognition. If you need your property sold, or if you are looking to buy then Craig is your man. He will not stop until the deal is done!
