Weronika was extremely helpful and polite and dealt with my problem fast and efficiently. I was frustrated about a problem with a broken boiler in the flat M&P let for us and she was very professional and got on it straight away. I'm grateful for her taking the time to step in for a colleague who was off sick as I'm sure she had her own clients to be dealing with too!

Elisabeth Ppasa has been my property manager for a while and previous to her I had a couple of others. She is by far the best one, very professional and courteous and friendly and always replies on time and always is there to lend a hand when I need help with something. I really hope that she remains as my property manager for as long as possible.

Over the years we have bought and sold a few flats and houses and I can honestly say that Theo was the best agent we have ever had He went above and beyond both before and after our purchase. He found the flat for us, he replied to all our phone and email questions promptly . He went out of his way to help us with some legal issues to do with the lease. He was incredibly helpful as an intermediary between us and the vendors even after the purchase. and much more besides. If you want to buy or sell a house or flat ask Theo to help.

We worked with Joe Kayll at the Clapham Branch of Marsh and Parsons for the last few months. By far the most professional yet approachable estate agent we dealt with across 3 months of looking for a place to rent. Any time of day Joe was willing to take a call, answer a text or respond to an email to help us with our search. He provided sound advice with considerable knowledge of the market, area and tips for securing a place. While we didn't manage to find anywhere to rent with Marsh and Parsons, we felt that the service Joe provided was so fantastic that we wanted to give a review anyway. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to rent a flat in this area. Managed to hit the perfect balance of building rapport with clients while also remaining completely professional and offering genuinely useful advice.

Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Took them 2 years to do the first inspection despite continuous chasing. The contractors they use for any work (MasterFix - google them) are terrible, expensive and also pretty useless. Theyve made the whole property rental process miserable and I cant wait to be done with them.To make it even worse, instead of addressing the issues and trying to fix it, they reported my original review for containing the name of the property manager who is beyond useless.

I've been renting out a single property for some time but I'm not a professional landlord. Recently I needed help working through the finances.
