Excellent renewal delivery by Natalie

I was contacted to renew my rental contract around 3 months before expiry which I thought was super efficient. Natalie was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, efficient and friendly aside from providing an excellent service regarding the renewal negotiation and process. She is by far the best compared to numerous agents I have had to deal with over the past 6 years from various firms, exceeding all expectations! She is definitely an asset to M&P and I could only wish she was allocated to deal with everything from front office to renewals as a one stop consultant from start to finish now I’m looking to start a new. Yes she really was that brilliant!

Very impressed by genuine interest in client

We had been searching quite intensively for a property to rent, and had met with several estate agents. Ella was one of the most helpful by far, very professional and proactive, with a keen and genuine interest in her client. She did not simply take us through her list of properties, as many others did. She has a talent for asking the right questions and making shrewd observations so that she can identify a property which is a true match and a happy one. Hannu was a fantastic agent who was really dedicated to helping us find a rental property. He was easy to get on with and made the process very chill. He understood our needs and sent through really relevant places, often giving us a view digitally or in person ahead of market release dates which really helped in getting ahead of the competitive renting bidding wars. We had a quick turnaround for moving into the flat and Giles was very pleasant, easy to deal with and responsive to emails. Tatiana was also helpful in answering our many questions! It might just be useful in future to have an idea of the timeframe for the process and to make this clear to the vacating tenants as they were pushing us to sort it when these things don’t happen overnight.

Quickly got tenants in to the property and settled in to the apartment

Thanks to George Noel-Shore we've let our apartment twice quickly and at market rate. The listing process and viewings were very well organised. We also use Marsh & Parsons for management and have had prompt responses from Abdullah to our emails. The check-in with the tenants went smoothly and all the steps were carried out so they could settle in quickly. I believe the tenants have comfort knowing they can contact our property manager at any time should there be any issues and we will always work to resolve it as soon as possible.

Excellent property management!

M&P provides great property management services. As a tenant, I felt that the property manager was accessible and attentive to things that needed fixing. The communication is clear and timely and they employ excellent third-party contractors to get the job done. Definitely would recommend a M&P managed property; Derbhla is a star property manager!The renewals negotiations team is another story as they obviously favor landlords and the outcomes can be unfair for tenants. They can for sure benefit from taking a page out of the M&P property management team's book on communication as well as on how to better their interpersonal skills working in a service industry.

Over the years we have bought and sold a few flats and houses and I can honestly say that Theo was the best agent we have ever had He went above and beyond both before and after our purchase. He found the flat for us, he replied to all our phone and email questions promptly . He went out of his way to help us with some legal issues to do with the lease. We worked with Joe Kayll at the Clapham Branch of Marsh and Parsons for the last few months. By far the most professional yet approachable estate agent we dealt with across 3 months of looking for a place to rent. Any time of day Joe was willing to take a call, answer a text or respond to an email to help us with our search. He provided sound advice with considerable knowledge of the market, area and tips for securing a place. While we didn't manage to find anywhere to rent with Marsh and Parsons, we felt that the service Joe provided was so fantastic that we wanted to give a review anyway. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to rent a flat in this area. Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Took them 2 years to do the first inspection despite continuous chasing. The contractors they use for any work (MasterFix - google them) are terrible, expensive and also pretty useless. Theyve made the whole property rental process miserable and I cant wait to be done with them.To make it even worse, instead of addressing the issues and trying to fix it, they reported my original review for containing the name of the property manager who is beyond useless.
