Marsh and Parsons sent me JUNK MAIL and made me pay for it!! I received a letter stating I needed to pay the postage for an unidentified letter. I paid the amount and then received the letter to see that it’s solicitation for business! Are you joking me??!!

Marsh and Parson used contractors that flooded my flat rendering it unusable. When I complained they said they ‘had no responsibility for third party contractors’ so I must take it up with the contractors - that they hired ! Read all the reviews on here and avoid this company at all costs.

They hired a contractor to fix a leak who flooded my flat rendering it uninhabitable. When I complained they said they had ‘no liability for the actions of third party contractors’. I still can’t use my flat. It’s no wonder Marsh and Parsons have such a terrible reputation. Avoid at all costs.

Nice & friendly until you sign the contract (Tenant) and after that just delays upon delays upon delays. Lots of faffing around and little of actually doing anything. Utterly ignored when trying to get our deposit back, dispute in progress. Avoid like a plague if you can.

Very unprofessional company with staff who has no clue about what they are doing. The levels of incopetency is unbelievable. They are unhelpful and unresponsive. Their property management is literally the worst service. Avoid at all costs!

GoogleReally good service from Stacey and Freddie at Marsh and Parsons Streatham. They were able to show us around lots of properties within a day or so of contacting them, and made the process of buying our first two bed flat as quick as possible, pushing things along on all sides. Would definitely recommend!

Charged me for rent on the same day that new tenants moved in. Refused to discuss how this was unfair for me to pay for some one else's rent.Took full 10 days to decide on deposit which is fine but tone was churlish and patronising.

GoogleI recently bought a property and found the estate agent Beth brilliant! She kept a perfect balance between clients, was always responsive and kept the sale moving with pace. Closing the deal in record time. I would definitely use Marsh & Parsons again for the purchase or sale.

This company is exactly why people dislike estate agents. Difficult, time consuming, incompetent, stay away. No idea of customer service. Sadly as they will often be the only agent advertising a property they can behave however they want. When will someone finally create a business where estate agents are no longer necessary.

Terrible flat management services. Dreadful service. Cannot be trusted to provide the service you purchase. I paid for a check in inventory report which was not fully completed and they did nothing to rectify the situation and refused to provide a refund.

GoogleLeave signs up for a long time after a property is sold. I have emailed them to remove the sign but no reply. Apparently they only reply through Google Reviews. The board was up as 'sold' for almost one month.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
