Professional, clear and calm communication always and took ownership of queries and worked to resolve them quickly. Nothing short of 5* service from Ash always ! We rented a property with the Little Venice branch of M&P and had a nightmare experience. The property manager changed hands atleast 3 times and crucial issues were never remedied. Their internal documentation and controls are extremely poor. At the end of our tenancy, the agency did not for the longest time communicate anything for the return of our deposit. After chasing them for weeks, they tried to deduct £360 from our deposit as a “cleaning fee”. They have irresponsible employees and property managers won’t respond to emails and will offer out of context / incomplete responses when he does respond. We were forced to dispute this deduction with TDS and the decision was obviously in our favour in the end.

I’ve been letting my flat via marsh and parsons for a few years now, and the most important person is your tenancy manager. In my case , Michael stout - he is always so quick and responsive to anything I ask and always lets me know anything important before hand so I can have time to act. He makes my life much easier when dealing with flat issues .

GoogleWe had a very poor experience with Marsh & Parsons in Streatham. Their communication was consistently misleading, and we felt we could not rely on anything we were told. At one point, we almost lost the house we were trying to buy due to repeated misinformation and lack of transparency. The only reason the purchase went through was because we contacted the seller directly. I would not recommend this branch based on our experience.

I have had multiple challenges working with this letting agent and and would not recommend them as a tenant. They look out for their landlord clients and make a pretty penny doing it. Even my landlord said their fees are high. The staff changes frequently and there was a lot of pressure for me to bid high and do a long tenancy to get a flat I ended up having to leave early as they neglected to put in a break clause which was very expensive for me and very lucrative for them. Max Davis and Roy Khan were very helpful though, but make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything as it may come back to bite you!

Arguably the worst agents in London. Don't even think of working with these people. They are nice and useful until you sign, after that they are not just useless, but will ignore you, make your life hell and purposely sabotage your peace. Also not a one person in the staff sort of thing. Disgraceful these bunch are still in business.

I was moving in to London from elsewhere in the UK and had some really unpleasant experiences with other letting agents before we got to these guys. They were honest, helpful, organised and always available to chat to, sorting our questions super quick - If you are like me and a little nervous of the London market, you'll be in safe hands here.
