TrustpilotDon’t waste your time with their Askew Road and Acton Branch!
I appointed M&P’s Askew Road & Acton branch to sell my maisonette in Shepherd’s Bush. Their service was absolutely appalling. I can’t believe that they manage to stay in business. I dealt with 2 members of their sales team and both were very incompetent. Unfortunately I signed a 12 week contract so I had to wait until that period was up before I could terminate my relationship with them. I was told a number of lies and when that started to happen, I realised I’d made a big mistake appointing them. When I emailed them to advise that I wanted to withdraw from the process, they didn’t even bother to contact me to apologise or try to persuade me to stay with them. It was then that I realised I had made a big mistake appointing them and I’m now extremely annoyed because I wasted 12 valuable weeks waiting for them to find a buyer. I’m now working with another company which I know will treat me as a valued customer which is something that M&P were unable to do.

DO NOT RENT FROM MARSH AND PARSONS. Pick any other real estate company. Especially avoid the pimlico location. Marsh and Parsons has no customer service. They don’t value the tenants or ever try to help them. They are unresponsive. And when they do respond they are pushy, manipulative, forcing tenants to sign contracts without allowing them time to review them. Refusing to show clean decent apartments and forcing people to accept apartments they don’t want simply because the apartment hasn’t rented so they need to maintain a good reputation with the landlord. The prioritize the rentals that are on the market without renting for awhile despite that those are on the market because they have issues. No one wants to rent them. They talk behind the tenants back and send destructive emails.

GooglePoor and unprofessional service. Charlie was the agent we had been in contact with during the whole process. He was misled us with every new piece of information by being extremely optimistic which did not help as we had different information from our lawyer. He kept calling us unnecessarily and try to stay in contact and The day we suppose to collect the keys there had been some issue and he was not able to manage the situation. I tried to contact him, but There was no contact anymore until this day. What upset me the most is that one person throw bad view for the whole company and I want nothing to do with Marsh & Parsons in the future even if the company has a good reviews overall.

GoogleA huge thank you to Ben for making what can be a painful and laborious process a very easy one. Ben has been enthusiastic through the process, making sure he is on top of the entire end to end, from viewing, sale, exchange and now completion. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with an agent so dedicated to a sale, he has gone above and beyond to deliver. I would highly recommend working with Ben, he is definitely my preferred agent for life!

GoogleI recently put an offer in on a property found with Marsh & Parsons and Ben has been great. He really listened to what I was looking for, taking note of my property " wish list" and only showing me properties that ticked these boxes. Since putting in the offer Ben has been responsive and keeping me up to date, offering guidance on what can be a tricky and stressful process and also explaining the somewhat complex terminology used in the British property purchasing process!

GoogleI sold my Streatham Hill flat through Marsh & Parsons in 2023 and they were a total pleasure to deal with throughout. I considered many different agents but settled on them because they seemed by far the sharpest and most personable in the area. I wasn't disappointed. They gave me a detailed reading of the local market and what I could expect from the process, found me an excellent buyer in a difficult sale period, were transparent throughout, never hassled me, and were always available when I needed to talk to them. Charlie and Alex were outstanding agents who exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Marsh and Parsons Streatham took over our flat sale after it had been sitting on the market for several months with a different agency (with zero offers). They managed to get multiple offers within one week which was fantastic. Bethany dealt with our sale and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Bethany was incredibly efficient and professional whilst also being very accessible and personable. We felt so supported throughout the process. Charlie was also fantastic at overseeing everything and communicating with us whilst Bethany was away. We would absolutely go with Marsh and Parson’s for any future buying/ selling, and would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars all round

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. After numerous emails with the agency (Sara Fernandes), Marsh and parsons, they refused to give our deposit back or negotiate. They were claiming deductions that were not correct and all due to a misleading information between the agency and the landlord. I have emails, videos, pictures of the state of the flat when we moved in and out, issues we had and faults around the flat they never fixed. They wanted to deduct more than 300£ for cleaning and they refused to share the receipt ( We have a video that the flat was left in a prefect clean state) and they wanted to deduct another 300£ for a TV stand that was left in the property. We had the approval from Marsh and Parsons for this tv stand and they were saying that the landlord requested to leave this as it was. We never received that information whatsoever. It has been 5 months and we haven't seen a penny from our deposit until today, not even the amount that was not in dispute.- They asked us to pay an extra day on rent because we started the tenancy on the 27th September 2021 and we were moving out on the 27th March 2023, Never seen this before and when we gave the notice they didn’t even mentioned this, just chased it after the 27th of March 2023- They don’t care about anything else but money and even with the TDS dispute they managed to keep £300 from us.- They will ignore you and treat you like you are stupid. Even with the dispute open they sent an email to a different tenant chasing for payment of the cleaning (DISPUTED IN TDS).- They are sneaky and they will try to get money of you in any way possible.- Be careful with your check in report and check out report: Check in inventory has 188 photos and check out 412, how is this accurate to tell the difference between when we took the flat and when we left?- There was nothing there about no bulbs working in the whole kitchen, broken chairs or stains in the carpet. We trusted this and we end up in a dispute for more than 5 months.- The internal communication they have is rubbish so keep any emails you have and never speak with them by the phone, or make sure they send you an email after confirming EVERYTHING.- They were a mess when we rented but the change from Jessica to Sarah was the next step to being completely unprofessional.
