The KFH lettings team were fantastic in their approach and were very professional in trying to find a property I would be comfortable to live in. They were extremely helpful and patient with me and I would definitely recommend this Estate Agent to anyone looking to buy or rent in the Highgate area.

GoogleJust completed on our house sale under the skilful watch of Euan. Really pleased with the result. A very smooth transaction that took a lot of the stress of out moving. Not planning to move again anytime soon, but we will be back when the time is right!

GoogleBurst pipe nearly flooded the entire building - no response or help for 3 days as living room flooded. Had to pay for an emergency plumber. No washing machine for a month, repeatedly asked for repair, poor communication. Delay after delay. Cost us 100s in laundrette fees. Still no help. Never any compensation. Overall - unreliable and slow when you need help the most.

GoogleAfter discussing renting my property with a few local agents, I decided to go with the KFH team due to their honest appraisal and thorough understanding of the rental market. I was drawn to their corporate department and was hugely impressed when my property went under offer within a week of putting the property on with them. GoogleWas really impressed with KFH Highgate. We went through them when renting a property in the area and their staff were really professional and friendly which made the usually hideous task of moving house much more bearable. They helped us every step and I really liked their use of digitally signed documents as it just makes everything so much easier. Would definitely use again - Friendly staff, great range of properties, secure transaction process.

This was a tough market and the team worked tirelessly to not only get us our buyer at an acceptable price but to see it through to exchange of contracts navigating all sorts of trip hazards along the way. These guys are not just estate agents, they are family therapists and magicians as well.
