GoogleI have had a great experience with KFH, and am highly grateful to them for their work on my flat sale. Each staff member with whom I had contact (Hanan, Shaun and Chris) was helpful at all stages; Hanan, with whom I had most contact, helped me throughout and enabled everything to go through as smoothly as possible. Thanks for everything, Hanan!

GoogleI was most impressed with the thoroughness and speed of feedback throughout the process, keeping us informed of visits, arranging more viewings when it went quiet, finding us a buyer and keeping me updated with progress through exchange and completion. Shaun and Samara handled the process excellently.

GoogleMoving in to your first flat can be a stressful experience (especially in London!) but KFH went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly. Safia managed to find us our perfect flat in North London, whilst always being on hand to answer any queries we had. Thank you again Safia and the whole of the KFH Highgate team!

GoogleAs buyers, my partner and I had a great experience with KFH, particularly with Hanan. She kept us informed every step of the way and she made sure there was full transparency and no surprises on either side. We felt engaged and valued, and we would be happy for Hanan to act for us on any sale in the future.

GoogleOur sale was handled by Sam and Shaun, who were very professional as well as reassuring in the rockier moments. We’d really recommend KFH for the Whitehall Park area: they have a good feel for the area as well as a very good database of buyers: we received an offer quickly.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleReally positive experience of selling our property with Dan, Shaun and Sales team. They worked very hard to get a large number of potential buyers to the property in a short time. And followed through professionally until completion. Same for Sam Arnold and rental team. Excellent service!

GoogleAlthough we didn't end up going with KFH, we loved the team there and would definitely of gone with them if there was a property that suited us. They were incredibly professional yet friendly and worked very hard to find us a property. Massive thanks to both Bianca and Antony! Would highly recommend. RBD x

GoogleRecently spoke to letting team. Found them useful and most importantly, helpful. They never tried to pressure me to their properties but asked me what I needed and we went from there. I was speaking with Yianni, who not only helped me find a place, but made all the arrangements that it was seamless. Harry

GoogleIt can be a nightmare to look for a new rental in London, especially if you have a pet. But after six weeks of rude and incompetent letting agents we’ve found Michelli from KFH Highgate. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive and most importantly humane! She definitely stands head and shoulders above the rest. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe were looking for a 2 bedroom flat with vintage touch, with great light, close to schools and near public transport (among other things). Agathe found us the perfect place matching all our criterias ! We are very happy and will always thank her expertise for helping us make us feel at home
