GoogleCan not thank James and Maria for getting us into a property when we urgently needed to move. Super helpful and the whole process was done within a week - highly recommend KFH

GoogleChris Taylor was extremely well informed about the area and the house, was keen to help but never pushing a sale on me. Made the whole experience a lot easier and is a very trustworthy and friendly guy.

GoogleKFH have dealt with the sale of my home professionally and within a good timeframe. Euan worked on the sale initially and is great to work with; Oliver dealt with the offer I received and took me to exchange, and managed the relationship with the buyer very well. A good team and very recommendable.

GoogleAbsolutely blown away by the service. Very competent staff. Everything was handled professionally. Could not recommend highly enough. A special mention to Agathe Devictor who went above and beyond. Great customer service. So friendly and caring.

GoogleI dealt with Agathe and she was truly amazing. She'd reply to emails instantly - even over the weekend or late in the evening and she is generally very approachable, knowledgeable and credible. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleExcellent guidance and service from Safia Mostafa in letting my flat. I have now used KFH for a second flat rental and Maria Stafford was also excellent.

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH Highgate and specifically Tianna and Chris. Really responsive, helpful, and knowledgable throughout the entire process, especially as we weren’t the typical case as we were moving from abroad. Definitely recommend and thanks once again!

GoogleSelling our house with KFH in Highgate (Shaun, Sam & Chris) was the best choice we could have made. They found us a buyer within a month of the property going to market, having arranged many viewings in that time. I would highly recommend this company for its local knowledge, energy and can-do attitude to securing a sale. Chris Taylor became lead agent and proved outstanding in his honest, reliable, professional and sensitive handling of our sale. We trusted his judgment, skilful negotiation and integrity on all matters and he fully delivered on this.

GoogleAmazing service from both the Highgate and Crouch End offices: very kind and helpful agents, always on time, always following up on. Certainly, one of the best experiences I have had in the market. A special call-out to Agathe Devictor at the Highgate office, who went out of her way to find us a property that would meet all of our requirements. On top of this, she was super considerate and punctual, and it was a real pleasure to work with her.

GoogleKFH have been managing my property since I bought it in 2010. Since this time I have not experienced a single day with the property empty and have alsways had good reliable tenants. KFH adopt very high standards to ensure as little trouble as possible for the landlords they are working on behlaf of. This year I have had new tenants move in to the flat and Mari Stafford and colleagues have managed this transition seamlessly as usual. The service and comminication I receive from her is excellent. As a non-resident landlord having high quality service that relies as little as possible on my own input is essential in ensuring the operation of my property runs smoothly. Many thanks for your continued very professional service !

GoogleIve always heard quite negative things about estate agents so was I nervous when it came to finding myself a new place to live. I must say, however, I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received when I went through KFH. It was so hassle free and not like I imagined at all. It really helped that the agent helping me, Yianni, was so kind and literally couldn't do enough for me! Makes all the difference at such a stressful time like moving! Thank you so much!

Googlei was in safe hands, he understood exactly what i was after and straight away he sent me properties that fit my requirments. It's not often that you get someone who understands you straight away and sends you the right properties rather than properties that don't or are out of my budget. When i met him in the office for the first time he sat me down and went through everything for about 10 minutes along with his manager Khan who also was a great help. I have been to a lot of agents but no one has made it so quick, comfortable and straight to the point with ease as Yainni and Khan did. The pair of them were very professional made me feel comfortable and that i could trust them. Would recommend them both...... Top job.

GoogleKFH, and Bradley Proud who we've been dealing with, have been fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend. As soon as our place was on the market he was phone bashing, and got about 5 people in before we even had photos out. He has been professional and efficient the whole way through, and even popped down to let me in when I was locked out. I didn't quite realise how good they were until I started looking myself, and experienced lots of shocking estate agenting elsewhere. They really are the real deal.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
