Manor Properties London reviews

We had a really stellar experience with the Highgate branch of KFH, and more specifically with Bradley Proud (our sales negotiator). We were shown a flat that fitted our exact requirements, which is no small feat with our "first-time buyers" budget in London. Any questions that we asked were answered on the spot, which reflected a solid knowledge of the asset being sold. Bradley took us through the negotiation process in a way that felt responsible, efficient and respectful to all parties involved (and there were many, as our sellers were in a chain). We've been in our flat for three months now and couldn't be happier. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends or work with him again when the time is right!

A couple of agents from this office have sold properties of varying shapes and sizes to two of my friends as well as myself now. They are very level-headed, transparent and trustworthy and also very good at letting you know about new properties coming on to the market. I know it's in their interest to do this - but some estate agents can seriously go AWOL! I also dealt with the Belsize Park office and the guys there are pretty good too and make time for any viewings no matter how awkward. I'm very happy with the property I ended up with!!! :)

We contacted KFH in Highgate when trying to find a flat in the area. Mrs Bianca Marchini MARLA was our agent and we cannot recommend her higher. She spend time with us trying to understand what kind of property we are into and then proposed the flat that we eventually rented. She was very kind, responsive and efficient dealing all the communication between us and the landlord. She provided excellent service and we would highly recommend her and the agency.

Bianca helped us find our first home as a young family, with a two month baby in tow on viewings. Unlike many other agents who wasted our time, showing us things that were not right for us and being pushy, Bianca listened, quickly understood what we wanted and found us some good options. And very soon with Maria working on the admin and legal side, everything was wrapped up and we are now moved in! Very grateful to the professionalism and warmth we experienced from KFH.

Extremely happy with the professional service my partner and I received from Michelli Nunes. The full 360 process from reach-out, to visiting properties - every part up until signing the tenancy agreement was made smooth. Not only has Michelli been very responsive to our requests and queries. She went above and beyond working around our availability, explaining everything we needed to know and answering all our many questions! Thank you so much to all at KFH!! Would definitely recommend.

KFH offered first class service while helping us find our flat in North London. All of the staff we dealt with were wonderful but Safia in particular went the extra mile to ensure we found a place that was right for us. The assistance she gave throughout the whole process - from search to signing the lease - was invaluable. We'd highly recommend KFH Highgate to anyone looking for a property in the immediate or surrounding area.

I have bought and sold through Shaun Cunningham at KFH on a number of occasions over the past 4 years. The service that he and the other members of the team give is first class. They make the process of buying and selling easy and hassle free. It is solely because of Shaun that I referred another sale of mine to the Belsize Park office - I hope he got recognition for this. If you are selling in and around Highgate, I'd strongly recommend that you use Shaun and the rest of the guys at KFH in Highgate.

Firstly I would just like to thank the team over at KFH Highgate for all their help and hard work over the past couple of weeks. This was my first time using KFH and I believe this to be the beginning of a very long lasting relationship. A blend of professionalism and friendliness shown by their staff assured me that my property was in the best hands. I had a very specific tenant criteria which KFH were able to match. Furthermore the agents were very informative making the overall proceedings very smooth. I would recommend KFH Highgate to anyone looking for an efficient and accommodating agent. Their property expertise set them head and shoulders above the rest.

Very pleased with the service from Chris Taylor who having found our buyers, patiently coached them through to exchange and completion. It wasn't straightforward, but Chris made it happen.

I really appreciate Agathe for her careful and considerate work she did for us during the process of searching a wonderful home to live in and progressing further for all the negotiations and procedures for the rent. She is an excellent agent who can have a good understanding of customers' needs and make a bridge to access to meet our requirement. Thanks a lot to her for recommending such a satisfactory apartment for us！

Euan got us 5 offers on our property and got it sold quickly - can’t ask for more than that. Good sales strategy to ensure it was priced right and plenty of footfall to generate really strong offers.

We had a great experience working with KFH in Highgate. Hanan Badry handled a sale & purchase for us and was fantastic - clear and accessible and we felt she was really invested in helping us work things out for the best. It was greatly appreciated and made a potentially stressful transaction feel straightforward. We would also recommend using KFH’s mortgage broker & conveyencing solicitors as the level of service was top class across the board.

KFH were absolutely fantastic in the recent sale of our flat. We had a few complications with the original sale falling through and then a scramble to get another buyer. KFH were super professional keeping us updated on progress of viewings and they got much more viewings than a previous estate agent we used in the area. This was a real tribute to their tenacity and hard work. Overall couldn't recommend them more!
