Hi Weybudur, firstly here at Mann Sydenham we appreciate all feedback, whether that maybe positive or negative. I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience with us. As explained at the time, it is not within our control as to whether the owner of any given property would accept a tenant, the final decision is always theirs. If you remember there were multiple offers on the property at the time and unfortunately the landlord did not feel yours was the strongest option for him. I would hope as with any previous potential tenant this would not deter you from applying for a property with Mann as we would always endeavour to give you highest level of client experience regardless of the outcome of any negotiation. GoogleWe've had a great experience with Mann Lettings so far! All of their staff have been professional and friendly, have provided a really smooth moving in and tenancy agreement process, and have been in excellent contact when we've needed something. Definitely recommend them as a letting agent.
