GoogleI have recently dealt with Jonathan Adams and Jack McGinn in the Dulwich Sales office. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the market and really helped me understand what is best for me. When i do choose to sell, it will be through them!

GoogleI had the wonderful Attiya help me find a property. She was so patient and worked incredibly hard to get me what I wanted. She took time to listen to and deliver on the required specifications of the property. She kept me calm in the- notoriously stressful- process which was an unexpected plus. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you !

GoogleFound a fantastic property to rent and thought the whole process (which I'm normally very suspicious of) was simple and clear. Particular thanks to Hannah who was open and quick to respond to all queries.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleEda Hassan and Beth Cooter. Both these agents were involved in helping me in my property search. They were both professional, friendly and well prepared. Eda did several viewings of one particular property with me and I really enjoyed her genuine enthusiasm and authenticity. Both are quick to respond to queries and very helpful. I would recommend both Beth and Eda at the Dulwich branch.

GoogleLola has been so helpful in helping us through the process of moving into our ideal home. It's very difficult to find agents you can trust but I have felt very comfortable and secure through the entire process.

GoogleAvoid dealing with this agency at all costs. I was told I'd underpaid my deposit, only to find out they can't use a calculator and then it took a month to wrangle the excess money back from them. Maintenance work labelled as essential by the independent check-in document wasn't carried out for a month and a half after moving in, pest infestations were not dealt with, names were misspelled on official documents, calls and emails are ignored. Nothing but frustration trying to communicate with this company. EDIT: experiencing their incompetence during the move-out process has been equally stressful. No communication, lack of understanding of their own processes, inability to check or read their own documents and a sudden silence when they're due to return the deposit. Incredibly shady people.

GoogleI’m currently in the search for a flat to rent in London while I’m still abroad. I’m pleasantly surprised with the service, Lola, the agent who’s helping me, is providing. She’s super diligent, helpful and professional as well as friendly and honest. Other agents have always been slow and unprofessional. You can tell they care only about their commission and mot about helping you find a home. I don’t have a flat yet, but she’s definitely making sure I’ll find the right one. Thanks!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI had a great experience viewing properties to buy with James Garnett as he ensured all viewings were carried out safely during the pandemic. In addition, he listened to my criteria and put forward other potential possibilities which led to further viewings at short notice as I had a time constraint to staying in London. Moreover, my queries were always answered in good time, providing a professional and personal touch which is an invaluable part of the service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
