GoogleI had such a great experience with Ludlowthompson and would highly recommend them to others. Alice was especially helpful, her manner was really approachable yet professional, even when I asked stupid questions! Thanks Alice!

GoogleAlice was super knowledgable, proactive and personable when helping me navigate the often labrynthine property market and associated admin. Overall, it was as frictionless an experience as I could have hoped for. Thanks for everything!

GoogleVerity is hands down the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Her knowledge of the buying process was matched only by her unparalleled-parallel-parking skills. I can only assume she learnt from the best. Best regards Sam

GoogleAlice was a great help in buying our first home. She was very responsive to our calls and emails. Alice also communicated well with our solicitors and the seller's solicitors. We highly recommend.

GoogleExcellent at taking money but incredibly poor at responding to queries or delivering decent service. Just the other day "Leo", one of the phone line workers, took 20 minutes to find the number for head office by which point it had closed. I urge you to avoid them at all costs...

GoogleWithout doubt the best estate agents in east dulwich.. and i have tried a few. I have just completed on my flat after an extremely unlucky period in buyers and details out of the control of Ludlow's. Throughout this period Jonathan and has team have worked tirelessly to get the sale completed. Jonathan in particular has a very pragmatic and professional approach and on more than one occasion I was very thankful he was there to discuss things through with. Alice showed true sales determination on our behalf by making in excess of 100 calls to potential buyers within 2 hours of finding out our first buyer was pulling out after 4mths. This team work hard both for the buyers and the sellers and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. It's a tricky market at the moment and you need the best behind you.

GoogleWhat a great experience! Hannah & Stephen, thank you so much for securing tenants for my property. The whole experience was a professional, transparent, and honest one. The whole transition was smooth and hassle free. You both went the extra mile to help me with paper work, advice and extremely kind at all times. I felt comfortable calling you both and really appreciate for constantly updating me with progress, as you need to know what’s happening at all times. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Lastly, i would like say that anyone who hasn’t used these guys.. you really need too. Thank you once again.

GoogleMelisa did a great job listening to our needs and understood what we were looking for. Even though we eventually bought a property through another agent, she still took the time to close the loop with us. I would recommend anyone looking for properties in South East London to contact Foxton

GoogleStephen, Laura and Hannah make a fantastic team. They have let my house for me on a find only basis and made the whole experience a good one dispite my having difficulties with my tenant. They were always on the phone to help and advise and keep me updated with what was going on, which was vital to me as I live out of London. Thank you to the whole team. I will be back in 2 years time!
