Fantastic, my partner and I secured our first flat together in London and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. Our agent Manfredi was 10/10 at every stage a big thank you to him.

Hena Tariq and Bianca Meade were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire sales process. They were extremely responsive to all of my queries / questions, always accommodated my viewing requests and were instrumental in ensuring we were able to complete the sale by the agreed deadline. I cannot recommend both Hena and Bianca enough - outstanding service!

We would like to thank Seda Hasan for finding a buyer for our late parents flat and for all her help in a difficult sale and for always being on hand to resolve any problems.

I had quite a positive experience interacting and attending viewings with this agency. Eda Hasan in particular was very professional, friendly and helpful. Eda was willing and knowledgeable enough to answer questions and give us advice on how to manoeuvre the housing market, as well as how to navigate and enjoy the local area. She made the whole viewing experience much smoother.

Natalie has been showing us property for a BTL investment. She is knowledgeable and provided all the Information that I asked for. The property she showed us ticked a lot of the boxes that we were looking for and led us to make an offer. Would highly recommend her .

Amirah and Hassan from Ludlowthompson are the two in charge of my application. Hassan while showing us the house provided us with detailed and expertly explained answers to all of our questions, which really helped us decide on choosing the property. Amirah is currently helping us with our application process. Any issues that we have had up till now have been sorted out by Amirah who has been nothing short of kind, approachable and greatly helpful. I strongly recommend asking for these two - they go over and beyond what is required as they genuinely want to help you move in!

Hassan was the one that helped me find a place to rent in this area. Throughout the process, he has been professional and responsive towards any of our queries. He has also helped speed up our referencing process. Would recommend this agency for both landlords and tenants

Over the last 3 weeks, we have been working with Vijay to move into our new place of residence. He has been extremely helpful by responding to our emails/calls within fantastic time periods. If a question was asked which he did not have the answer to straight away, he would find out and get back to us as soon as possible. When undertaking a move, it can be extremely stressful, but Vijay was able to walk us through the next actions step by step making the experience that little less stressful. Thanks for all the help to Vijay and others in the team who made this move possible!

I have been looking for a flat with impossible requests for the past one month and Amirah has been an exceptional help for me. Whenever I mention an issue, she was very quick to find an alternative solution that helps both the landlords and myself, the tenant. She is very friendly, respectful and very responsive as well. I will contact her in the future again if I ever need help in finding a place or perhaps buying my first flat in London in the future!

Hassan made the rental process run smoothly and quickly, responding almost immediately to any queries we had via email and supporting us throughout. The tenant referencing process was clearly explained, easy and completed quickly, allowing us to move in to our new flat asap. Thank-you so much Hassan!

We're nearly through with the process on the flat we've offered for - but wanted to note that Vijay has been extremely helpful throughout this entire process. He was quick to call us and understand what we were looking for in our search, and was quite candid about what would make our offer stand out. He was always quick on communication and helped make the referencing stage go very smoothly. Thanks and we can't wait to move into our new home!

Amirah was so fantastic to deal with, from the moment we linked up she really was on the case to help me find a place to live, especially compared to some other companies who I either never heard back from or just didn't seem in a rush to help. She was great at communication, arranged viewings super quick and kept on searching when something wasn't quite right. Thank you Amirah!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very happy with LudlowThompson overall performance, especially Jake Burston and Daniel Scott valuable support. Jake managed my process end2end, with a very quick turnaround between my request and our final offer (5 days), and always being available to clarify all my many queries :) Daniel made a great contribution as well, managing to secure an offer that required good operational and sales skills. I strongly recommend Ludlow City Docklands for their deep knowledge of the market and premium costumer services.

The sale of my property encountered many obstacles. Some that shouldn't have happened didn't seem to bother any director at LT's who didn't feel showing accountability and apologising the bare minimum I deserved; too bad. Eventually things got sorted. Alex was very helpful and sympathetic throughout, and Justin, the new Sales Manager, was of really great service: he jumped in, liaising constantly with all parties involved and making sure that no further delays were an option. Thank you Justin for your wonderful and effective support!

It was a pleasure to deal with agent Claire Bobie. She was really friendly and honest with us and we felt listened to. Having had negative experiences when renting from the private sector in the past we didn’t know what to expect. But Claire made us feel that it’s not only about what the landlord wants, but what’s best for us too. In the end, it’s worked for both landlord and us and we’re happily moving to a brilliant flat to make it our home. I would recommend and encourage anyone to deal with Claire when looking for a house.

Been looking on London so have contacted various agents. This one stood out as they sent properties within budget. Also let us know when things were off the market and back on if we were interested. When spoke to Alex felt he wanted to help , and was straightforward not just wanting to flog anything. Had a viewing with Natalie, punctual, knowledgeable and again straightforward. Wish all agents were like Alex and Natalie. Previous viewing that day agent did not turn up , so contrast was sooooooo great.dont give good reviews easily!

I took me a while to find the right flat because I wanted to have a pet but I learned few things in the process. One of the most important learning was the importance of the attitude of the agent. Anne was super positive, kind and supportive since the moment we've met. About possible problematic issues she was suggesting ways to solve, while keeping the positive attitude and being super responsive. i think right agent changes everything in this process and Anne was perfect.
