GoogleSeda missed a key in the completion set restricting access to property on completion. Unresponsive and no effort to resolve this promptly despite obvious breach of contract and inconvenience.

GoogleUNLAWFUL FEES Honestly, wish I wasn't writing this! Moved into a property through the Docklands office. In terms of communication pre move in they were fine (obviously because they wanted something from us, our money). Sadly moved into a very dirty property with no working heating or cooker and a lot of scum and grime everywhere. Even drink stains down the wall which takes a few minutes to clean. There was food left in the fridge & freezer & belongings of previous tenants throughout the property. Once we were in and needed something from the estate agent, that's when they became your typical agent - passing blame, ignoring emails and calls. In order to do anything for us we would be charged. Worst estate agent I've dealt with my far and funnily enough our landlord feels the same! Have been charged unlawful fees & have reported to Trading Standards. WOULD ADVISE CURRENT & NEW TENANTS TO CHECK WHAT YOU'VE BEEN CHARGED FOR AS IT MAY BE ILLEGAL! YOU SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR: Admin Fees Referencing Fees Credit and immigration checks Renewing your tenancy when your fixed term contract ends If you have report them to Trading Standards also, you're entitle to that money back & they need to be prosecuted.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleHad a property viewing with Natalie, who was reliable, polite and very helpful - yes, there are Estate Agents of that kind too, so credit where it’s due. Big 👍 Update 12/6/19: no, let’s stick with the usual image we all have of estate agents. These ones here blatantly will advertise Shared Ownership properties at only the 60% share price - and not tell you that that is the case until a mortgage broker confronts the staff with the naked truth. And even then, they continue the deception and continue to advertise online, through text messages and in their shop windows a partial price only: see as an example below how they advertise a £448,000 property. Avoid. Solicitor has been contacted. Watch this space.
Dear Hal, We are sorry to hear that you feel misled with regards to the shared ownership property you are interested in. However we did communicate the details of this with you on the 7th May via email just after a member of staff spoke to you on the phone. In this instance we were only selling 60% of the property and therefore we could only advertise at the 60% price, which was disclosed upfront during your initial conversations. GoogleJacob Robinson was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From my initial enquiry regarding the rental of a property to the show round, he was really 'on it. Prompt, polite and knowledgable. As went went through the final process of my son becoming a tenant (and me acting as guarantor) Jacob was really helpful, a great communicator (chatting us through the process) and was great on the day my son moved in. I received detailed videos of the properties I requested for, even though I had a busy schedule and wasn't available for viewings. GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience with my deposit. Wasn't made aware that I can protect my deposit against claims that were faults of their cleaning service. 100% would NOT recommend. They don't vet the fairness of charges and absolutely do not protect you as tenants. Absolutely horrible terrible experience.

GoogleI cannot rave enough about fabulous Nneka has been in my flat search. Despite giving her really difficult criteria, she was able to find me several properties, and she accompanied me to each one fully equipped with the notes on each place and prepared for any question. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and truthfully I really enjoyed visiting properties with her as she's a lovely, lovely girl, incredibly patient and a great laugh (and a very good driver!). She came across so invested in my search, was very professional and also just the friendliest estate agent I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. GoogleI had an appointment with Hassan Bacchus from Ludlowthompson Docklands. He was very friendly and drove me to all the places I requested to view. He even took me to view some additional places he though I would be interested in that were not on my list initially. Eventually I was glad to find somewhere ideal, and Hassan helped me further by delivering a quick offer from the landlord for this competitive flat. On top of that the communication with the team and their legal advisors was quick and effective, and I managed to secure my offer in no time.
